CULBERSON, Mother Willie - Age 72, answered the Lord's call on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at McLaren-Flint. Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Judah Ministries, 5380 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing, MI with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Overseer Benny Stribling, officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Church 10:00 AM Saturday. Mother Culberson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. and may be viewed 11:00 AM-8:00 PM on Friday. Willie Reese Culberson was born April 17, 1944 in Philadelphia MS. The daughter of William and Welthia Mae Holloway Stribling. Mother Culberson has been a resident of Flint the past 50 years and was a faithful member of Judah Ministries for 25 years. She remained active until her health started failing on the Mother's Board and accepted her higher calling from God to spread his good word and proudly earned her license in Ministry. Minister Culberson enjoyed worshiping and praising God. She loved family dinners, vacations, and her heart would over flow with joy when she spent time with her grandchildren and special friends. Mother, Minster Willie Reese Culberson leaves to cherish 2 sons Derrick and Steven Culberson both of Flint, 7 Sisters Johnnie Ross of Chicago IL, Pastor Genetha Stribling, Sally Holmes and Lola Mae Harthorn of Philidelphia MS., Sylvia(Truman) Fortune of Walnut Grove MS., Roxie (Charlie) Phillips and Glenda Striling both of Flint. 4 Brothers Misette Stribling of Buffalo NY, CA Stribling, Larry (Kendall) Stribling and Pastor Bennie (Len'A) Stribling all of Flint. 2 Sister in Laws Rodoris Lyons and Jenie Faye Ernest bothof Flint, 1 Brother in Law Nathaniel Culberson, 6 Grandchildren Trichelle, Tyree Culberson of Atlanta GA., Taqueeia Culberson of Kalamazoo MI, Ricky, Karen, and Traquisha Culberson of Flint, MI and Rico Culberson of Arizona. 5 Great Grand children and a host of nieces and nephews near and far But, very dear to Reese's heart. A host of Special Friends, Bernice, Marilyn, Dorothy, Ernestine, Connie and Rochelle.
