WILLIAMS, Mr. TommieJohn Sr. - Age 53, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at Hurley Medical Center. Mr. Williams will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed Friday, May 15, 2020 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Mr. TommieJohn Williams Sr. was born April 26, 1967 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Cheryl Morgan and Tommie Craig. Tommie was a resident of Flint all of his life and a member of Greater New Bethel Church Of God In Christ. He attended Flint Northwestern High School and graduated from Mott Adult High School. Tommie was employed at Auto Zone, DNR, M.T.A. and Rainbow Rental. He loved to fishing, working on cars, playing cards and Dominos. Tommie also loved watching and playing football (an avid Detroit Lions fan), and playing pool. He was a true-blue family man. Mr. TommieJohn Williams Sr. leaves to cherish his memory: fiancé, Tamica Fuller of Flint; 6 daughters, Natassia Thompson (Jermaine Kimbrough), Tommilua Williams (Tice Price), Amieé Nolan (Nathan), Amber Williams, Ondrea Starling and Neveah Williams; 4 sons, TommieJohn Williams II, Anthony Koch (Madison), Micheal Koch (Virginia), Juwan Willingham and Dameshio Fuller; 8 grandchildren, Ray’Ona Boone, Aria Koch, Bryson Nolan, Micheal Koch II, Tamariah Kimbrough, KarterJohn Williams, Ty’Raan Thompson and Kalia Price; mother, Cheryl Morgan; sisters, Cindy Searles, Sherlynn Chapple (Enos), Tasha Chapple and Rebecca Allen; brothers, Micheal Craig, Terrance “Tex” Wells, Dominique Plunkett and Dante Chapple; nieces, Shontez Watson (Ronell), Kendra Silas (Eerionija), Tonjetta Craig, Khadija Chapple, Anniece Martin, Sasha Weston, Alante’ Chapple and Ranika Chapple; nephews, Jayvon Weston (Marissa), Cameron Searles, Naseem Thompson and Jonathin Thompson; aunt, Marry Williams; uncles, 4 uncles, Charles Craig, Robert Craig, Kevin Howarth and Spencer “Squeak” (Vicki) Howarth; mother-in-law, Sunnye Abernathy; brothers-in-law, David Abernathy, Rodney Poole, Eric Poole, Sean Poole, Frederick Fuller, Bobby Fuller and Jesse Tucker II; god-daughters, Journee Chapple and Ronika Thedford; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Felix Miller, Ben Sims, Nathaniel Williams, Tracey Harris, Anthony “Tree” Walton (Erica), Terry Causey, Kenyetta Fields, Russell Conner, Chadwick Tucker-Burse and Shanti Snow.
