CRUTCHER, Ms.. Tamesha Roshell - Age 33, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Methodist Dallas Medical Center-Dallas,Texas. Family hour 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2016 at Faith United Methodist Church, 2266 W. Coldwater Rd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 a.m. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, G-4200 Belford Rd., Holly. MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30 a.m. Friday. Ms. Crutcher will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday. Ms. Tamesha Roshell Crutcher “Baby Girl” was introduced to the world September 17, 1982, the daughter of Fredericka Crutcher. She made her departure from her earthly body on February 14, 2016. Tamesha accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior April 5 as a member of North Star Missionary Baptist Church. She had a very strong belief and faith in the Lord as a trait she instilled in her daughter. Tamesha attend Flint Community Schools where she obtained many lifelong friends upon graduation in 2000. Ms. Crutcher went on the serve in the United States Navy, assigned on the Theodore Roosevelt Cunizin, Norfolk, VA. She received many accommodations such as the National Defense Service Medal and Navy E. Ribbon, etc. Officer Crutcher was a Culinary Specialist in the Salty Division prior to an Honorable Discharge. She joined the Dallas Sheriff Department in their Special Front Pages Division while pursing a Criminal Justice Degree at Kaplan University where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Officer Crutcher was also a member of the Chapter of Eastern Star and took honor in being affiliated with such a prestigious organization. Her biggest achievement came with the birth of her daughter, Armani, which she enjoyed more than life itself. She imparted love for others in Armani as they volunteered on holidays to help feed the homeless. Tamesha was very well known and loved by all, many will remember her for her joyful spirit and wonderful smile. A smile that would life up the sky. Today let her smile be your umbrella and carry it with you always. Ms. Tamesha Roshell Crutcher “Baby Girl” leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Armani Ariel Baskin; mother, Fredericka Crutcher; grandmother, Nancy Crutcher; grandfather, Cisro Hunt; sister, Jennifer (Rodrick) Hunt Jones; brother, Philandis Crutcher; uncle, Kevin (Malinda Fleming) Crutcher; great-aunts, Ruth Bryant, Millie Ford and Tuscina Townsend; great-uncles, Edward (Modistine) Townsend, Ditto (Janet) Townsend and Leonard Townsend; a host of cousins including special cousins, Demetrius Crutcher, Kevin Fleming, Denae Clayton, Malone Fleming, Amani Jones, Amari Jones and Anaiya Jones. Ms. Crutcher was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Ruth Townsend; great-grandfather, Hubert Townsend.
