Mrs. Sallie Mae Mosley

MOSLEY, Mother Sallie Mae - Age 88, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at her residence. Family hour 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015 at North Star Missionary Baptist Church, 1657 Broadway Blvd., with memorial service commencing at 11 a.m. Pastor James O. Flowers, Sr. officiating. Mother Mosley will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., there will be no public viewing. Mother Sallie Mae Mosley was born March 28, 1927 Big Stick, West Virginia to Will Lewis & Alice Reed. She was a long time resident of Flint, Michigan. Sallie Mosley was a faithful member of North Star Missionary Baptist Church where she was member of the Mother’s Board and loved Sunday school and bible study. Sallie was a Senior Companion with PSR Rainbow Connection for 25 years. Sallie was very creative and loved to cook. Sallie Mae Mosley leaves to cherish her memory: 4 grandchildren, Tonya (Lionel) Keener, Yvette Clack, Donald Clack of Indiana, and Michael (Darcel) Clack; sixteen great grandchildren, Marqueshia Clack, Cameo Steele, Whitney Willingham, Lionel Keener, Jr., Asha Willingham, Arleesha Willingham, Antoinne Longmire, Chiquita Clack, Donald Clack III, Charisse Perkins, Tyler Allen Clack, Tyanna Allen Clack, Kendall Keener, Michael Clack, Jr., Donzal C. Walker and Zoe Clack; twelve great-great grandchildren; nieces & nephews, Mildred Pyett, Barbara Ann Akins, Nile Jean Radford, George Radford, Richard Radford, all of West Virginia; Nathania McGaughy & Albert McBride, both of Flint and a host of relatives and special friends including Katie Charles. Mother Mosley was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Mosley; daughter, Sandra Kay Clack; mother, Alice Hairston; sister, Ruth Radford and a host of family and friends.
