HENDERSON, Mr. Ralphael Duwoyne - Age 61, passed away Friday, February 28, 2025 at his residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, G-4200 Belford Rd., Holly, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 10:00 AM Wednesday. Mr. Henderson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home. Public visitation will be during family hour only. Mr. Ralphael Duwoyn Henderson passed away, Friday, February 28, 2025 at the tender age of 61. “Woyn” was born November 24, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan, the son of Gloria J. Burns. He graduated from Flint Beecher High School, “Class of 1981.” After graduation, he served 6 years in the United States Military and resided in Leavenworth, KS, where he worked a number of years on a military base. “Woyn” moved back to Michigan to be with his family. He enjoyed playing pool and cards with family and friends. Mr. Ralphael Duwoyn Henderson leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Marry Standard-Henderson of Olathe, KS; 2 daughters, Shawoyn Henderson Haywood of Kansas City, MO and Katrina Henderson Haywood of Fort Worth, TX; son, Clint Haywood of Leavenworth, KS; 2 step-daughters, Jannia Frances of Kansas and Anetha Parkinson of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Sunami, Aniya, Shantiz, Javion, Raign, Tashell, Tazion, Clint Jr., Kimora, Ke’ala, Sha’ese, Darnell and Mia; mother, Gloria J. Burns; 4 sisters, Deirdra Walker Boose (Marshall Sr.) of Hickory, MS, Shaundra Henderson of Grand Blanc, MI, Tajuan Burns of Flint and god-sister, Debra Thomas of Saginaw, MI; 4 brothers, Steven Henderson, Juanarrow Gillard, both of Flint, Carlos Hughs of Phoenix, AZ and Thomas Noel (cousin); aunt, Shiela King of Mt. Morris, MI; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including special friends, Anthony Howze, LeVertis Smith and Jarrell Pantoja; brother-in-law, Jerry Boyd. Mr. Henderson was preceded in death by his step-father, Charles T. Burns; grandparents, Elva Queen Ogletree and Henry L. Henderson Sr.; uncle and brother-in-law; and great-grandparents.
