Mr. Kevin Alan Fleming Sr.

FLEMING, Mr. Kevin Alan Sr. - Age 36, passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, August 31, 2019 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. Dr. Mary Hatcher, officiating. Family and friends will assemble the funeral home 1:30 PM Saturday. There will be no public viewing. Mr. Kevin Fleming Sr. was born December 20, 1982 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Marjorie and LeRoy Fleming. He was a member of Grace of God Church Of God In Christ. Kevin was employed at American Guard Service as a Private Security Officer. He loved football and was a Michigan State and Dallas Cowboys fan. Kevin loved coaching little league football, which he had a passion for. He also was a Rapper; known to many as “Diesel Jones”. Kevin was a real Beecher Buc. His family and friends meant the world to him. Mr. Kevin Fleming Sr. leaves to cherish his memory: wife, LaToya Irvin Fleming of Flint; 3 daughters and 4 sons, Shiahnita, Miyanisha, Adam Jr., JaCoby, LaTaya, Xavier and Kevin Fleming Jr. (baby, Lindsay who is due in November 2019); father, LeRoy Fleming; grandmother, Dr. Mary Hatcher, both of Mt. Morris, MI; 4 sisters, Tonya Patton of Memphis, TN, Marjorie Elizabeth Fleming of Detroit, MI, Sarah Fleming of Memphis, TN and Emerald Fleming of Detroit, MI; 4 brothers, Steven Patton Sr. of Flint, Jackie Fleming of Indianapolis, IN, Kenneth Fleming of Grand Blanc, MI and Corey Fleming of Seattle, WA; aunt, Michelle (Patton) Marks of Houston, TX; uncle, John K. Patton II; great-aunts, Marian Wilson, both of Flint, Linda (Keith) Banks and Rhonda Fleming; great-uncles, Edward Fleming, Robert (Linda) Fleming, Clarence Fleming, Roger Fleming and Frederick (Deborah) Fleming; mother and father-in-law, Tina and Edward Elliott Sr. of Evart, MI; sister-in-law, Kim Patton of Ormond, FL; 2 brothers-in-law, Robert (LaTasha) Irvin of Evart, MI and DeQuinn (Aleshia) Cooper of Japan; a host of niece, nephews, other relatives and friends including special friends, Timothy Scott, KaVondra Rayford, Baptiste Irvin and DeAndre Betts. Mr. Fleming was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie D.
