MILLER, Mr. Jose Angel - Age 43, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at his residence. Family hour 10 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11 a.m. Rev. George Coulter officiating. Interment New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4142 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10 a.m. Thursday. Mr. Miller will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Jose A. Miller was born March 24, 1972 in Flint, MI., the son of Mr. & Mrs. Corrie and Josephina Miller. He was educated in the Beecher Community School and a graduate of Beecher High school. Jose was a devoted employee of Landaal Packaging Systems for 18 years. He loved spending time with his family and friends. His favorite quote was “It is what it is! “ Jose also enjoyed fishing, video and computer games, playing football, watching sports and he was a C.B. Radio Outlaw. Mr. Jose A. Miller leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Tamikia Paxton-Miller of Flint, MI; step-children, D’Mitri McCree, Randy, Brandy and Leonardo Johnson; 4 grandchildren, Malachi McCree, Ayrinique, Zehcor, Ayria Johnson; 5 sisters, Demetria Pantoja, Josephina (Gary Cade) Pantoja, Sharise Miller, Corrie (Robert James) Miller, Sylvia Miller; brother, Carl (Tanzie) Miller; 14 nieces, Christina, Qwaneasha and LeKesha Pantoja, Laquetta Cade, Ray’zeona and Ro’zariah Miller, Keyanna, Kiera and Keyshanna James, Katrina, Roneshia, Keyanna, Joi and Jakira Paxton; 21 nephews, Michael, Demetrius and Darnell Pantoja, Robert, Tywan, Tremon and Treyvon James, Edward, Antonio, Thomas and Karl Miller, Eric, Alonzo, Jayvion and Shawn Smith, Mr., Jaylen and Jakaylen Paxton, Erik Cassel, Robert Dowell; cousins, Jaukim Miller-Lewis, Tomasha and Xavier Miller, Wanda Glover; 4 aunts, Reba Walker, Samona Pantoja, Peggy Richards and Barbara Kemp; 2 sisters-in-law, Tanzie Miller and Lisa Dowell; brother-in-law, Eddie Paxton; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Gary Cade, Torando Brown, Stacy Runnels, Quincy Clark, Manuel Quintana, Clarence Pleasant, John Jefferies.
