Mrs. Frances Neal

NEAL, Mr. Frances - Age 65, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Willowbrook Manor. Graveside service 1:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Gracelawn Community Cemetery, G-5710 N. Saginaw St. Mrs. Neal will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM on Friday. Mrs. Frances Mae Neal was born April 10, 1955 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the daughter of Jauneitta Hollinger and Fred Wesley. Frances was a resident of Flint, Michigan. She loved her family, children and grandchildren. Frances also loved to call her brother, Elvin on Friday’s and discuss what picks they wanted for Friday & Sunday football games and she loved playing cards with Boeleg. Frances enjoyed her gaming whether it was Bingo or going to the casino. She would go by herself or call her sister-in-law, Chereathe and tell her “come on let’s go.” Frances was generous and very kind hearted, she would give you the shirt off her back. She loved good food and great desserts and sometimes her and her best friend, Punkin would go and just do that or she would stop and get them that tasty treat. If all else fails she would call her sister-in-law, Chereahte to cook. Most of all, Frances loved her some David to the moon and beyond!!. That was her boo thang to the end!! Mrs. Frances Mae Neal leaves to cherish her memory: significant other of 18 years through sickness and health, David Atkins; 3 daughters, Casandra Chambers, Kim Neal and Tonya Neal, all of Little Rock, AR; 5 sons, Artrell (Nikiema) Wesley, Fred Wesley, Roquan Wesley, all of Flint, Johnnie Neal of Stuttgart, AR and Carter Neal of Greenwood, MS; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; one and only brother, Elvin (Chereathe) Hollinger Sr.; a host of nieces and nephews whom loved and cherished her dearly; 2 uncles, Joe Alexander and Russell Alexander, both of Stuttgart, AR; brother-in-law, LeeRoy Holmes of Flint; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends including special best friend, confidant, sister friend and the same about her husband, Sandra (Bobby) Wells affectionately known to Frances as “Punkin”. Mrs. Neal was preceded in death by her husband, Carter Neal; son, Michael Wesley; mother, Jauneitta Hollinger; grandmother, Gladys Alexander; sister, Barbara Hollinger; and son-in-law, Jeremy Chambers. The family would like to express special thanks to Hurley Medical Center, David Atkins, Artrell (Nikiema) Wesley, Elvin (Chereathe) Hollinger Sr. and Bobby (Sandra) Wells.
