WHITE, Minister Florene Shinese "Niesey" - Age 39, took her Flight to Heaven on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 11AM Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Judah Full Gospel Ministries, G-5380 Pierson Rd., with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12Noon. Overseer Benny Stribling, officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 11AM Saturday. Minister White will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2PM-8PM Friday. Minister White was born April 5, 1968 in Flint, Michigan, to the proud mother, Lillie B. White. She was the devoted mother of 3 children. Florene accepted Christ at an early age, and later accepted her call into ministry on November 6, 2005. She was a dedicated and loyal member of Judah Full Gospel Ministries, where she served as President of the Nurse's Ministry, Head Trustee and last but certainly not least Minister of the Gospel. "Niesey" as she was lovingly called by her family was a graduate of Flint Northern High School, "Class of 1986". Her heart's desire was to earn a Bachelor's Degree; she accomplished that desire on December 10, 2006 by attaining a Bachelor of Finance Degree from the University of Michigan-Flint. She also earned many certificates of completion, namely a CNA certificate and was a devoted employee for many satisfied employers. Florene was a "take care of business", person who enjoyed the laughter of life. She cherished being with her children and family. Her favorite pastime was going to the movies, shopping, dining out and making people laugh. Florene enjoyed being an intercessor for the Kingdom of God. Minister Florene White leaves to carry on her memories: devoted mother, Lillie Bell White; loving children, daughter, Tyicca White; son, Pariz Humes and baby, Thomas Wilson II; sisters, Glorie Cross, Shirley Miller, Glenda Davis of Nashville, TN, Rena' Haney, Co-Pastor Lena' (Overseer Benny) Stribling, Carolyn Frisby, Cynthia (Lance) Washington, Camille Wansley; brothers, Daniel (Lois) White, Earl (Joan) Washington, Carl White and Michael White; god daughter, Demai Deleon, all of Flint; godson, Andre Irving II of Grand Rapids, MI; a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and friends, Marcell Richardson, Thomas Wilson, Helen Andrews and Lisa Mitchell, admired mentors, Pastor Benny and Co-Pastor Lena' Stribling. Minister White was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eddie and Ollie Haney; uncles, Huide Braxton, Woodrow Chattmon, Eddie Haney, Jr., Matthew Brown; aunt, Frankie Jenkins; nephew, Derrica White; cousins, Larry Brown, Iretta Green, James Sims, Lloyd Bernard Phillips and Derrick Jenkins.
