FAGAN, Mrs. Dallas Jean - Age 76, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Kra-Nur Nursing Home. Family hour 10:30 AM Friday, January 24, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment Gracelawn Cemetery, 5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 10:30 AM Friday, January 24, 2025. Mrs. Fagan will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. A Time To Be Born: Sis. Dallas was born on March 5, 1948, the daughter of Emma Miller (Leon Butcher), and Levi (Dan Buster) Clark A Time To Die: Sis. Dallas Jean Fagan made her transition on the Lord’s Day, Sunday January 12, 2025 . A Time To Love: Sis. Dallas Married Elisha Fagan Jr, to that union 3 children, James Smith, Darrel (Ladista) Fagan and RaShonda Fagan all of Flint, Michigan. A Time To Plant: Sis. Dallas wore many crowns, she was Order Eastern Star Chapter #78 in Jonesville, Louisiana, employed with Flint Community Schools in 1971, she later became a GM Employee, retiring in 2001, Sis. Dallas had a passion for serving the Lord as a faithful member at New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church. Spending time with her grandchildren was a treasured joy to her, she also loved participating with all her families gathering. Sis. Dallas enjoyed taking her Aunt Armeader to church on Sundays. Sis. Dallas gave herself equally to her entire families. Sis. Dallas got great joy in taking constant trips to see her Louisiana families. And being a part of the Louisiana picnic reunion committee in Flint, MI. Sis. Dallas was a mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Sis. Dallas left no stone unturned when it came to her love, dedication and support to her families and friends. A Time To Mourn: Sis. Dallas leaves in Gods care: her children, James Smith, Darrel (Ladista) Fagan and RaShonda Fagan all of Flint, MI; brothers, Brady (Faye) Smith, Russell (Doris) Clay, Author James Stevenson, Leon (Yolanda) Butcher, of Jonesville Louisiana, Dexter Butcher of San Bernadino, California; sisters, Jackie (Zachery) Bowman of Jonesville, Louisiana , Nina Nard White of Houston, Texas, Felician Norl Samuels of Jonesville, Louisiania;12 grandchildren, Penjaisia Graves, Terry Adonis White, Ajare’ Houston, Ejate’ Houston, ZaKayia Johnson, Cori Fagan, James Jones-Smith, Darrel Fagan Jr., Jasmine Crowder, Courtney Connie, Kayla Connie, and Ja’Naya Smith; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; aunts, Hurley Barber and Maple Lancaster of Jonesville, Louisiana and Bessie Henderson Smith of Houston, Texas; uncle, Charlie (Bud) Swift of Flint, MI; cousins, Clara Barber, Cheryl Barber, Michael Johnson, Ernestine Fagan of Flint, MI and Alene Finister of Jonesville, Louisiana, including a many other special cousins; sisters-in-law, Faye (Brady) Smith, Shirley Fagan Treadwell of Atlanta, Georgia, Rita Fagan of Detroit Michigan and Elizabeth White of Houston, Texas; brother-in-law, Lawrence (Betty) Fagan of California; a host of other special cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends including Elisha Fagan Jr., Mae Austin, Mary Hopkins, Niece Melissa (Johnny V) Russell Sr. and Bernestine Connie; a host of friends including special friends, the Baldwin Blvd. family, Carol Hamilton, Francis Sibley and Lionell Day. Dallas, Wise Advisor, but the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Sis Dallas: was preceded in death by her parents, mother Emma Miller (Leon Butcher), father, Levy (Dan Buster) Clark; sister, Evelyn Miller; brothers, Walter Wilkerson and Walter Pano.
