MITCHELL, Mr. Ameure T. "Tobey"- Age 41, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011 in Arlington, Texas. Family hour 10 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2011 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11 a.m. Pastor George Stapleton officiating. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10 a.m. Saturday. Mr. Mitchell will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12Noon-8 p.m. Friday. Mr. Ameure T. “Tobey” Mitchell was born June 22, 1970 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Charline Mitchell and Jon Kimble. He was a resident of Arlington, Texas at the time of his passing. He was a 1989 graduate of Flint Southwestern Academy. Tobey was a dedicated and well-liked employee at Frito Lay Irving. His sense of humor, love for music and caring ways will be deeply missed by those fortunate enough to know him. Mr. Mitchell leaves to cherish his memory: fiancée Shaundeva McGhee ; mother, Charline (Allmaamoon) Nassar of Arlington, TX; father, Jon (Betty) Kimble of Flint, MI; 2 sons, Ameure Mitchell Jr. and Tacobie Mitchell of Youngstown, OH; stepparents, Marzzulles Wilson of Columbus, OH, and Glenda Colter of Flint, MI; 3 stepchildren, ShaRhonda Pooh Williams, Jayland Gator McGhee, Arianna Frooky McGhee of Flint, MI; 8 sisters, Martina (Travon) Perkins, and DaShawn Brewster both of Arlington, TX, Mirage and Mahari Wilson of Lithonia, GA, Kaccye (Rico) Ward, Suni Colter, Alana and Afton Shavers; 2 brothers, Corey (Camielle) and Jacobie Kimble, all of Flint, MI; 5 aunts, Wala (Abdula) Wadud, Waniece (Leon) Smith, Donna (Larry) Brown, Huristicine Kimble, and Lauri Mitchell; 4 uncles, Wade (Olivia) Kimble, Charles, Rodney (Carol), and Toney (Sherry) Mitchell; godson, Kiton Gaylor; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; other relatives and friends including special friends, Sam (Veronica) Smith, Matthew Thompson, Tim Williams, and Latonya (Jack) Stewart. Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Selma Mitchell and Elmarie Ruffin; uncle, Dennis Mitchell; and aunt, Glenda Kimble.
