HILL, Mrs. Sheila Marie - Age 62, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, at her residence. Family hour 10:30 AM Friday, March 11, 2022, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 w. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM Pastor Rodney Hamer, officiating. Interment Lovedale Memorial Cemetery, G-5175 E. Bristol Rd., Burton, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble sat the funeral home 10:30 AM Friday. Mrs. Hill will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence e. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Thursday.Mrs. Sheila Marie Hill was born on November 7, 1959 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mary Lee and Jimmie Loryd Clark Sr. Shelia graduated in 1977 from Flint Northwestern High School, then she married the father of her children at a early age. Sheila moved to Texas and then relocated back to Flint where she worked different jobs and finally decided to be a housewife and an amazing mother. Sheila later married her present husband. She also was another mother for many children in her lifetime. Sheila gave her life to the Lord at an early age but then rededicated her life back to the Lord and began to flourish in his Word. When the Lord called Sheila home to be with Him, she was reading His Word and meditating on her scriptures. Mrs. Sheila Marie Hill leaves to cherish her memory: loving husband, Gary Del Hill of 22 years; 2 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Lakeysha King (Demetrius) Killins and Latosha (Kenneth Coles) Brown; mother-in-law, Mrs. Johnnie Cruthers; 4 step-daughters, Takara Brown, Jessica Johnson, Shelita Brown and Latrese Brown; 2 step-sons, gary Derell Smith and Derrick Brown; 4 step-granddaughters, Olivia Hilton, Neveah Smith, Janie Toins and Arzaria Love; 5 step-grandsons, Gary Derrell Smith Jr., Aaron Toins, Maxwell Williams, Ahmad Lyons and Antoine Allen; 2 brothers, Jimmie Loyrd Clark Jr. (Phyllis) and James Earl Clark (Rhoda); 5 sisters, Judy Gordon, Helen Thomas, Myra Thomas, all of Flint, Patsy Clark of Warren, MI and Darlene Clark of Jackson, MS; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Lee and Jimmie Loryd Clark Sr.; 2 sisters, Mary L. Sims and Virginia Thomas; brothers-in-law, Joe (Billy) Sims and Norris “Dip” Gordon; niece, Patricia Brown; 2 nephews, James Clark Jr. and Ronald Bracket; 5 cousins, Ossie Robinson, Herbert Morgan, Denise Williams, Connie Stewart, and Ray Patrick; special friends, Evelyn Hughes and Betty Anderson.
