WATKINS, Ms. SanTeisha Jene' - Age 29, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI. Family hour 10:30 AM Saturday, January 15, 2022, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM Pastor Daniel Moore, officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:30 AM Saturday. Ms. Watkins will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday.Ms. Santeisha Jenè Watkins was born September 2nd, 1992, in Flint, Michigan to the union of Jeffrey and Betty Watkins. Santeisha graduated from the 2nd graduating class of Genesee Early College at University of Michigan - Flint, where she earned an Associates Degree upon completion. In High school, Santeisha was a member of the Gamma Delta Xinos Youth Mentoring Group, Captain of the Whittier Classical Academy Dance Team, team member of Varsity Quizbowl, Varsity Volleyball and was inducted into the National Honors Society in 2009. After graduating, Santeisha went on to become a Clinical Coordinator Licensed Dental Assistant, where she carried out her duties with the Dental Care Team under Dr. Ibrahim “Dr. J” JarJoura, DDS, MS. Santeisha affectionately loved spending time with her family, friends, and dog-children “Taco”, “Bam”, & “Rocko”! She loved doing make-up, eye lashes, making everyone laugh with her infectious spirit, growing her “Teish On The Beat!” beauty brand, and building her multi-hyphenate esthetician empire “EstheTeisha Esthetics LLC”. Ms. Santeisha Jenè Watkins leaves to cherish her memory: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey and Betty Watkins; brother, Deddrick Beavers; nieces, Diamond Beavers, De’Sire Beavers and Daniya Beavers; nephew, Jalan Nelson-Beavers; great-nephew, Marquavis Coleman Jr.; god-daughters, Terryn George and Neveah Jones; grandmother, Edwina Watkins; aunts, Mary Beavers, Joyce (Billy) Beavers, Jill Billingsley, Theresa Billingsley, all of Flint and Ann Coleman, of Nashville, Tennessee; uncles, Terrance (Tia) Watkins of Buckeye, AZ, Michael Beavers, Baytee Beavers and James Beavers, all of Flint. She is also survived by a host of cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles, and friends who held a special place in her heart, including special friends, KiJuan Kelly, Terrance Patton-Hill, Olivia Hobson, Danielle Epps, THE GOONIES, and beloved best friend and girlfriend, Terita Dunn. Santeisha was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. Booker T. Watkins, Mr. & Mrs. Jimmie and Freddie Beavers; great-grandparents, James & Mattie Wilson, Frances Dixon, Annie Stocker, and Thomas Watkins; aunts, Carla Wilson and Dorothy Beavers; cousins, Tiphanie Mayfield and Marquavis Beavers.
