Mrs. Ernestine Campbell

April 21, 1944 - January 18, 2022

CAMPBELL, Mrs. Ernestine - Age 77 passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at her residence. The funeral service will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 2:00 pm. Ernestine was born in LaGrange, Georgia on April 21, 1944. She was married to James Campbell on October 9, 1971; they were happily married for 50 years. Ernestine was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1971 and faithfully served as a regular pioneer over the course of 45 years. She greatly enjoyed caring for her garden and sharing the good news of God’s Kingdom with everyone she met. Ernestine is survived by her husband James Campbell, sister Ida Mae Roman, children Reggie [Rozella] Campbell of Georgia, Jamie [Randall] Cockhern, Aaron Campbell, grandchildren Portia [Micah] Harris, Nijal Campbell, Jamari Campbell of Colorado, Amanda Campbell of New York, Nasir Cockhern and many other dearly loved family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Bennie Delaney, Dora Wallace and daughter Deziree Jones. Ernestine had faith in the resurrection hope and relied on Jehovah for strength throughout her life (Isaiah 41:10, Revelation 21:3,4). Peram, MD; and the medical team at Heart to Heart Hospice for their help, along with her congregation Belleaire Woods, and countless other friends and family for their outstanding support.
