SOUTHALL, Mr. Warren E. II - Age 48, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025, at Hurley Medical Center Family hour 1:30 PM Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM, Pastor Phillip Thompson, officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 PM Tuesday. Mr. Southall will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Monday, with family present to receive friends from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM.Mr. Warren Erskine “WES” Southall II of Flint, MI was born October 04, 1976, in Flint, MI to the late Dr. Warren E Southall and Sweetie Vickers. Warren graduated from Carman Ainsworth High School in 1994. Wes furthered his education by attending Piney Woods School, a historically Black boarding school in Piney Wood, MS. He worked for WT Stevens Company. To know Warren was to love Warren. He had a huge heart and would help everybody. He was a loving son, brother, and father. Warren enjoyed watching football, and basketball and had a true passion for cars. Warren touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with by planting the seed of love and kindness. He enjoyed socializing and helping others. His love for his family and friends was undeniable. Warren leaves to cherish his memories, Loving Mother Sweetie Vickers, four loving children: Malik Taron Southall, of Detroit, MI, Baylee Rose Southall, Mileah Rose Southall, Justice Rose Southall all of Flint, MI; three brothers: Jerald (Lorna) Vickers of Hong Kong, Mitchel and Michael Vickers of Grand Blanc, MI, three sisters Karen Southall- Brousard and Valerie Southall both of Flint, MI, Alma (James) Brown of Ellenwood, GA, Special Sisters Anita ( William) Frierson Jr. (Little Bit) of Flint, MI, Tawana Morgan of Atlanta, GA, Gwendolyn Nelson of Grand Blanc, MI: Russatta Buford of New York, NY, Marva Nelson of Atlanta, GA.
