Tony Cureton-Beasley

CURETON-BEASLEY, Mr. Tony - Age 32, passed away Friday, March 16, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 11AM Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Canaan Baptist Church, 910 E. Gillespie St., with funeral service commencing at 12Noon. Pastor Charles E. Roots officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 11AM Saturday. Mr. Cureton-Beasley will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2PM-8PM Friday. Mr. Tony D'Angelo Cureton "D.J. Money" was born January 19, 1975 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Doris L. Cureton and Rodney Beasley. He accepted Christ in 1993. Tony graduated from Northern High School. He also attended Mott and Baker College. Tony was a faithful worker at Great Giant Grocery, MTA and Big Lots. Mr. Cureton enjoyed raising dogs spending time with his family especially his children and helping others. Mr. Cureton was musically inclined and enjoyed making music. He produced many artists and helped many make their start in the music industry. Tony greatest desire was to fulfill the destiny and call of God on his life. Mr. Tony D'Angelo Cureton leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Ty'Arra Cureton; son, D'Angelo Cureton; parents, Doris Louise Cureton and Rodney Beasley; grandparents, Aldrich Cureton and Louise Thomas; 4 sisters, Toshiba and Louise Beasley, Michelle and Marquita Harris; 3 brothers, Mark Harris, Rodney Beasley, Jr., and Michael Nichols; 2 nephews; 12 aunts; 8 uncles; many beloved cousins other relatives and friends including special friends, William Tyler, Robert Taylor and Jerry. Mr. Cureton was preceded in death by his brother, Shaquarius Monta'e Williams; grandparents, Evelyn Louise Cureton, Nettie Jean Beasley, Albert Thomas and Raymond Beasley, Sr.; great-grandmother, Hannah Leverette; uncle, Raymond Beasley, Jr.; cousins, Queyamonique and RoyQuan Taylor-Skinner and Marcus Mosley; special friend, Rodderick Bradshaw. The family would like to express special thanks to Flint Central High School, Dort Federal Credit Union, Lowes Home Improvement, Canaan Baptist Church, Kingdom Life Ministries International, Halal Praise Center and Prince of Peace Baptist Church families.
