JONES, Mr. Terrill Deon - Age 45, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 at his residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Friday, August 15, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Pastor Ansel Robinson, officiating. Interment Lovedale Cemetery , G-5175 E. Bristol Rd, Burton MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel Friday, August 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Mr. Jones will lie in state in the chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be view Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Mr. Terrill “Twin” Jones was born April 14, 1980, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Yvonne Carla Jones and Anthony Lamar Cobbin. He enjoyed spending quality time with his brother, Darnell Jones, his aunt, grandfather and friends. Terrill also loved working with computers. Terrill was extremely "tech-savvy!" Brilliant at computer repairs and resolving the issues of other complex devices. With his Twin, Darnell and best friend Kenyun by his side, they created their own brand...Superstrong. He was essential in the design of Superstrong merchandise, and he was committed to growing the brand and increasing the network. Terrill was employed at Auto Owners Insurance Company, Heath Plus of Michigan as an ITT Tech and Meijer Corporation. He loved to play games on his phone, watching sports, playing cards and shooting dice. Mr. Terrill “Twin” Jones leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Kariel Andrea Jones of Los Angeles, CA; son, James Elijah Jones of Atlanta, GA; step-daughter, DeAysia Larie Douglas of Atlanta, GA; father, Anthony Lamar Cobbin; grandparents, Thomas Pearson and Judith Nolden, both of Flint; 2 sisters, Tionne (Marlon) Southall of Flint and Toni Cobbin of Grand Blanc, MI; 2 brothers, Darnell DeShan of Flint and Anthony Torns of Houston, TX; 3 nieces, Amara Jones of South Carolina, Destiny Jones of Dallas, TX and Alexis Torns of Houston, TX; 6 nephews, Micah, Armanii Southall, both of Flint, Anthony II, Ashton, Austin, and Amir Torns, all of Houston, TX; 3 aunts, Natalie Jones and Rochelle Jones, both of Flint and Deidre (Oscar) Roberts; 5 uncles James Jones of Virginia Beach, VA, Bruce Jones of Jacksonville, FL, Corey Nolden, Michael Cobbin and JaQuane Jones, all of Flint; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Corean Canty, Edward Grear, Kahlia Bundle, Zonte, Dionco Whiteside, Jamahl, Kenyun and Marlon, and Edward Grear; god-mother, Martha Malone. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his mother, Yvonne Carla Jones; grandmother, Stella Pearson; grandfather, Willie (Sokita) Nolden; aunt, Debra (Jones) Greer; and uncle, Bryant “B.B.” Nolden.
