WILSON, Baby Girl Taliyah Ja'Toia "Ta-Ta" - Age 11 months, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2006. Family hour 10:30AM Saturday, May 6, 2006 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM. interment River Rest Cemtery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10:30AM Saturday. Baby Girl Wilson now lies in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home.There will be no public viewing. Baby Girl Taliyah Ja'Toia "Ta-Ta" Wilson was born May 4, 2005 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of LaToya Smith and John Wilson III. "Ta-Ta" always had a smile on her face; but if you messed with her, she could get real mean. She could always make you laugh, even if she was being funny or mean. "Ta-Ta" loved being around her mommie and daddy. She was mommie's little princess and daddy's little girl. "Ta-Ta" liked playing with her mother stomach and always blew on it, and would look up at her mommie to smile. She loved her brother and especially loved wrestling with her big brother John-John; always taking something from him so they could both starting running around the house laughing and playing. She also liked getting in the clothesbasket; she would just sit in the basket looking and smiling. "Ta-Ta" will always be remembered for her smile. Baby Girl Taliyah Ja'Toia "Ta-Ta" Wilson leaves to cherish her memory: mother, LaToya Smith and father, John Wilson III; grandparents, Jacqueline and Ricky Smith, Jacqueline Stokes, all of Flint and Darryl Camper of Detroit, MI; great-grandmother, Annie Smith; great-grandfather, T.C. Smith, Sr.; 2 brothers, John Wilson IV, and JaVonte Houston, all of Flint, MI; several aunts, uncles and cousins; god mother, Camille Shaw; god sisters, Deonna, Kermisha; and god brother, Tim, all of Flint. Baby Girl Taliyah Ja'Toia "Ta-Ta" Wilson was preceded in death by her great-great-grandmothers, Mary Smith and Myrtle McNuckle; great-great-grandfathers, Fred Newson, Sr. and Willie McNuckle; great-aunt, Delois Louden; great-uncles, Fred Newsom, Jr., Issiac Newsom and Charles Newsom; uncle, Kain Stokes I; and cousin, Y.C. Hall, Jr. The family would like to express special thanks to everyone for their support and love during this time of bereavement.
