Mr. Stephen O'Neal Fagan

FAGAN, Mr. Stephen O'Neal - Age 55, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at his residence. Family hour 10:30 AM Wednesday April 7, 2021 from Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, G- 4200 Belford Rd., Holly, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 10:30 AM Wednesday. Mr. Fagan will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Tuesday. Mr. Stephen O’Neal Fagan Sr. was born November 3, 1965 in Natchez, Mississippi, the son of Ernestine Edwards-Fagan and Alvin Fagan. Stephen attended Flint Public Schools having graduated from Flint Northwestern High School. He later joined the United States Marine Corps, wherein he was Honorably Discharged. Mr. Fagan’s hobbies and interests included, spending quality time with his family and close friends. He enjoyed cooking and had a passion for all sports and loved his family dearly. Stephen was a devoted, compassionate, kind, loving father and grandfather with a great sense of humor. Mr. Stephen O’Neal Fagan Sr. leaves to cherish his memory: long-time partner, Felicia Willingham; daughter, Mariah Estelle Fagan; son, Stephen O’Neal (Kiosha) Fagan Jr.; 3 step-children, Kevin Maynor, Keon Jackson-Ledbetter and Keith Maynor; 6 grandchildren, Jeremiah, Amari, Havanah, Stephen III, Avah and Kamayah; parents, Ernestine Edwards-Fagan and Alvin Fagan; 4 sisters, Kenyata (Kenneth McGuire of Chandler, AZ, Terria (Benedict) Smith of Flint Twp., MI, Telmesa (James) Phillips of Flint and Tara Fagan of San Antonio, TX; brother, Boris D. Fagan; 3 nieces, Kennedy Phillips, both of Flint, Alexandria McGuire of Chandler, AZ and Jahzail Armstrong of Flint Twp., MI; 3 nephews, Kenneth (Rayonne) McGuire of Gilbert, AZ, James Phillips of Flint and John (Johanna) Autrey; 5 aunts, Rita Henderson of Houston, TX, Lottie Marsch of Anna, TX, Joan Banks, Jackquline Woods, both of Jonesville, LA and Maxine Richardson of New Orleans, LA; 2 uncles; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends including special friend, Clifton Blanding. Mr. Fagan was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Emma (Golden) Fagan and Estelle (Johnny) Edwards; aunts and uncles.
