GILL, Mr. Stanley Jr. "Dap" - Age 47, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at his residence. Family hour 11:00 AM Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Bountiful Love Ministries, 3432 W. Pasadena Ave., with funeral service commencing at 12:00 PM Pastor Kevelin Jones Jr., officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy, Mt. Morris, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 11:00 AM Saturday. Mr. Gill will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday with family present from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM to receive friends. Mr. Stanley Charles “Dap” Gill, Jr. was born June 3, 1976 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Stanley Gill and Patricia Gill. Stanley Gill Jr. made his transition to his heavenly home on September 27, 2023. He accepted Christ on July 18, 2021 under the leadership of Pastor Janard Lakes. Stanley had a love for the word of God. When life wasn’t always comfortable for him he found solace in pondering and searching the scriptures. Stanley was devoted to attending services at Bountiful Love Church. He was so devoted that he created his own personal parking space. To know him was to love him. He never met a stranger and he always found a way to create humor and laughter. Stanley was a master prankster who had no boundaries between himself and others. Whatever doors he entered, he always had an unusual gift of humor that brought laughter to everyone around. Stanley was a gifted entrepreneur! He reinvented himself many times in business to meet the needs of the community her served. Stanley was the owner of Blueprint Automotive, Blueprint Fashions, Daps Fades & Cuts, and Glitter & Glamour Beauty Salon. His interests were many, he enjoyed cooking, driving exotic cars, dressing fashionable, and acting. Stanley enjoyed life to the fullest! Stanley will forever be loved and cherished by all who crossed his path on this earth...
