AGNEW, Ms. Sheena L. - Age 48, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, November 28, 2020 At Greater Grace of God Ministries, 1060 Harriet St., Mt. Morris, MI, with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM, Bishop Lesy Jackson, officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the Church 10:00 AM Saturday. Ms. Agnew will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Friday. Evangelist Sheena Lorraine Agnew was born November 4, 1972 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the loving parents of Sherron Coleman and Decater Agnew. She was the oldest of four siblings. Sheena was a loving, caring and devoted mother. She believed in the Lord and throughout her life gave her best to be a disciple of Christ Jesus. Sheena’s faith and commitment at a young age made her become closer to the Lord. She was a God-fearing woman who loved life and always put others before herself. Sheena was filled with pure joy in her heart and brought smiles and comfort to everyone. She kept a positive attitude and extended an arm to all. Sheena obtained her GED in early 2000’s after spending years caring for her mother and grandmother. She relocated to Flint, MI in 2005 and began her true labor of love in the Gospel Ministry under the leadership of Dr. Mary A. Hatcher. After serving faithfully for many years under Dr. Hatcher, she answered her call as an Evangelist. Evangelist Sheena was the matriarch of the family. She was a strong, selfless, independent woman and mother to 10 children. Sheena was an outgoing sociable person. She enjoyed traveling with her youngest three daughters to praise dance. Her children and grandchildren were her purpose for life and reason to live. Evangelist Sheena Lorraine Agnew lives to cherish her memory: five daughters, Christina White, Sherron Agnew, Elisha Watson, Endia Watson and Amber Watson; five sons, Christopher Hudgins-Agnew, Erwin (Latanya) Watson, Jerry Watson, Edwin Watson and Kenton Mattison; 12 grandchildren, Zariah, Joshua Jr., Jayden, Amiyah, Christopher Jr., Jeremiah, Aubree, Terrance, Terrell, Gabrielle, Esiah, Legend; two sisters, Sherry Dupas and Lori (Zachary) Crossland; cousins, Stormy Coleman, Rory Loquet, Talor Williams, Paul and Erica Thomas; two uncles, Anthony and Francis Coleman; two step-dads, Frank Morgan Sr., Marcus Dupas and a host of other relatives and friends. Evangelist Sheena was preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Coleman, mother Sherron Coleman, brother Frank Morgan Jr., and aunt Judith Coleman.
