TATE, Mr. RouMaeo E. "Ro" - Age 33, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw, MI. Family hour 1:30PM Tuesday, October 13, 2009 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 2PM. Interment Gracelawn Community Cemetery, G-5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30PM Tuesday. Mr. Tate will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM Monday. Mr. RouMaeo E. “Ro” Tate was born April 16,1976 in Flint, MI to Dennis L. Waters and Gloria Tate. RouMaeo was a resident of Flint, MI and attended Flint Community Schools. He was a proud loving father, brother, son and grandson. RouMaeo enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory: son, Markeis Rice (mother, Daineacia Payne) of Detroit, MI; grandmother, Roberta (Howard) Tyler of Mt. Morris, MI; 5 sisters, Juwana Tate, Ruby Tate of Columbus, OH, Ligeesha Tate and Harmony Tate, all of Mt. Morris, MI; Fresha Tate of Flint, MI; brother, Deonta Tate of Columbus, OH; 4 nieces, Monique Tate, Natreese Irving, Tamiya Tate and Jaleah “LuLu” Williams; 5 nephews, Jawan Whittler-Tate, Demetrius Irving, TaJuan Tate, Tabyas Lane and Jeremiah Edwards-Tate; 3 aunts, Ruby (Alexander) Bluntson, Ramona (Clevester) Rison and Anita (Eugene) Wise; 5 uncles, Eddie (Sylvia) Jackson, Kenneth Waters, Freddie Waters, Rodney (Rosemary) Waters, all of Flint and Bruce Waters of Atlanta, GA; great uncle, Charles (Agnes) Austin, Jr. of Flint; god mother, Linda Faye (Oddie) Long of Flint; god sister, Tiffany Jackson of Detroit, MI; a host cousins, other relatives and friends including special cousins, Cedric Long, Crystal Long, Chris Gates, Hank Cornelius Jr., Zontay Asbury, Akeem Brown, Rudy Rison, special friends, Telly Miles, Deone Scotts, Tyrus Kellum and Jeffrey Stringer. Mr. Tate was preceded in death by his mother Gloria Tate; father, Dennis Waters; grandparents, Joseph Waters and Mary Jackson.
