WILSON, Mr. Robert J., Sr. "Bob" - Age 73, passed away Sunday February 6, 2011 at his residence. Family hour 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2011 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11 a.m. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Mr. Wilson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 12Noon-8 p.m. Friday. Mr. Robert “Bob” Jensee Wilson, Sr. was born February 9, 1937 in Greenville, Mississippi, the first born of Jensee and Ethel (Newsome) Wilson. “Bob” graduated from Coleman High School in Greenville, Mississippi “Class of 1955.” Upon graduating from high school he moved to Flint, MI where he pursued his dream of becoming a businessman. “Bob” was the sole owner of Supreme Auto located on Saginaw Street in Flint, MI. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, bowling, and raising his chickens, but his main passion was working on cars. Mr. Robert “Bob” Jensee Wilson, Sr. leaves to cherish his memory: loving mate of 36 years, Mrs. Bessie Richardson; 7 children, Robert J. (Barbara J.) Muhammad of Lorman, MS, Donovan J. (Erlinda) Wilson of Flint, Renita L. (Michael A.) Muhammad of Lorman, MS, Catherine D. Roberts, Sharon D. Roberts, Floyd L. Richardson, Yoshance (Napanshia) Richardson, all of Flint; 31 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Lawrence (Louise) Wilson of Flint, Rev. Emmanuel (Cheryl) Wilson of Eustis, FL and Joseph (Mary) Wilson of Clarksville, TN; 3 sisters, Bertha Wilson of Atlanta, GA, Christine (George) Grazier of Greenville, MS and Elois Wilson of Atlanta, GA; 2 aunts, Lillie Mae Fox and Dora (Samuel) Rose, all of Flint; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives; very special friends, Walter Worthy, Charlie Smith and Roy Chambry. Mr. Wilson, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, Jensee and Ethel Wilson; and brother, Clifton. The family would like to thank Dr. Lisa Lindsey, Dr. Joyce Fahrner, a very special thanks to nurse, Theresa Lindsay, A-One Hospice, Inc of Lapeer, MI and the nurses at Hurley Medical Center.
