PERSON, Robert III - Age 14, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10AM Thursday, October 18, 2007 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10AM Thursday. Robert Person III will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 1PM-8PM Wednesday. Robert Person III was born November 20, 1992 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Renee Thomas and Robert Person, Jr. He was an eighth grade student receiving his education at McKinley School. Robert had many interest including, playing basketball and dancing. He especially enjoyed playing with his little sisters and brothers. Robert was a loving son, brother, friend and his entire family were important to him. Robert Person III leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Renee Thomas; father, Robert Person, Jr.; step-father, Antjuan Johnson, Sr.; grandmother, Anita Jackson; 4 sisters, Alexis, Kaliyah, Amiya Thomas and Markisha Person; 3 brothers, Christopher Thomas, Kenyen Spurlock and Dillon Person; step-brothers, Maurice and Antjuan Johnson, Jr.; aunts, Arlena (Antoan) Honaker, Angela Person, Gloria Fields, Idora Chambers; 5 uncles, Michael Thomas, Marcus, Ricky, Ronald and Patrick Person; 15 cousins, Robert Brown, Shonquala, Francina, Shequita Thomas, Nathan Bullock, Alayna, Ayana , Aryn, Antoan II, Honaker, Kennedy Pittman, Michael Thomas, Jr., Micah, Miquan, Mikayla Thomas and Shutwilla Person; a host of other relatives and friends including special friend, Tymeisha Stubbs. Robert Person III was preceded in death by his 2 grandmothers, Daisy Thomas and Carrie Person; and aunt, Lisa Bullock. The family would like to express special thanks to Andre Muhammed and the Nation of Islam, Pastor Malik Shabazz and the True Gospel Missionary Baptist Church family, Vogt's Flowers, Terry Houston, Famous Amos, the staff of 94.3 FM, Pastor Louis Randolph, the Evergreen Regency residents, and everyone who helped the family during this time of bereavement.
