Mr. Robert LeVon "P-Nut" Moore

MOORE, Mr. Robert LeVon "P-Nut" - Age 50, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with memorial service commencing at 11 a.m. Rev. Archie Powell Jr. officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10 a.m. Wednesday. Mr. Moore will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Robert L. “P-Nut” Moore was born November 4, 1964 in Lorain, OH, the son of Gloria Herron and Robert Glenn. Formerly of Lorain, Ohio, he was a long time resident of Flint. “P-Nut” was a graduate of Flint Central High school, then attended Mott Community College. He was gainfully self-employed. “P-Nut” had a passion for dogs, dogs, and more dogs. He loved fishing, playing cards and grilling. “P-Nut” was good with his hands and had a strong interest in lawn care, home improvements, and maintenance. He was kind hearted, outgoing, outspoken, and willing to help anyone in need. Mr. Robert L. “P-Nut” Moore leaves to cherish his memory: son, Robert L. “Buddy” Moore II of Flint; grandchildren, Robert L. Moore III, Tamaine Moore, Kayla Williams, all of Flint, and Kristina Moore of Bakersfield, CA; mother, Gloria (Tillie) Herron; sister, Cassandra (Sam) Moore of Atlanta, GA; brother, Andre L. Moore of Flint; 3 nieces, Kelly, Aleisha, and Shakeiya Moore; nephew, Brandon Moore of Flint; uncle, Gary Moore of Loraine, OH; cousins, Alain Moore of Anderson, IN, Dionne (Rufus) Beasley of Orlando, FL, Autimes Moore of Blackstone, MA, Andre L. Moore of Frankfurt, Germany, Ian Fredricks of Flint; a host of other realtives and friends including special friends, Al Washington, Lorenzo Claiborne, Rick X., Gary Moore, Lattrell Childs, Montana Potts, Clenzell Page, Alfred Pope, Michael Smith, Felix Harper, Howard Robinson, Randy Lyons, and Julieff “Leaf” Williams. Mr. Robert L. “P-Nut” Moore was preceded in death by his father, step-father, a sister, grandparents, and an aunt.
