PITTMAN, Mr. Robert Dwayne (Credit) - Age 47, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2024 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10:30 AM Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Minister Lamaash Powell, officiating. Interment Gracelawn Cemetery, 5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 10:30 AM Wednesday. Mr. Pittman will lie in state in the chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday. Mr. Robert Dwayne Pittman was born October 4, 1976 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Robert Credit and Johnnie Mae Pittman. Robert’s greatest joy in life was the Lord and his family. He was always there to make you laugh, cook a good meal, which, everyone loved his drunken chickens and he made sure everyone had a good time. Robert was a devoted father to his two daughters and grandfather to his two grandsons. His family will forever cherish the memories of his delicious home cooked meals, his infectious laughter, and the countless stories he shared about his family. Robert’s legacy of love, kindness and strength will live on through the lives he touched.
