Mr. Robert Bizzle

BIZZLE, Mr. Robert - Age 71, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at his residence. Family hour 1:30 PM Monday, August 29, 2022, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Pastor Jessie McIntosh officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 PM Monday. Mr. Bizzle will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed during the family hour only. Mr. Robert Charles Bizzle was born May 27, 1951 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Bennie Lee and Fannie Mae Bizzle. Robert moved to Flint, Michigan at a young age. He graduated from Flint Northwestern High School, “Class of 1969.” Robert was employed at General Motors Corporation for 35 years until her retired. He loved to fish, travel and listen to soft Jazz. Robert also loved being with his entire family, barbecuing and cooking. He was a loving person.Mr. Robert Charles Bizzle leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Rena Levette Bizzle of Flint; 2 daughters, Shemya Evans and Fatima Evans; 2 sons, Nakia Evans and Anthony (Allana) Phifer; 3 step-children, Cherelle White, Monica Hancock and Renecia White; 7 grandchildren, Anthony Phifer Jr., Dominick Phifer, Hazion Stewart, Hazyona Evans, Mya Evans, Josiah Evans, and Shamar Evans-Nard; 4 nieces, Carman Hudson, Monica Hudson, Kimberly Hudson and Yvette Bizzle; nephew, Matthew Bizzle; cousins, Shellie Hill, Alvin Hill, Ruthie Hill-Gibson, all of Arkadelphia, AR; mother-in-law, Clara Darby; sister-in-law, Avis Bizzle; 2 brothers-in-law, Gregory Carr and Rev. Antonio McGlothin; a host of other relatives including special relatives, Dirron Phifer and Dennis Phifer; a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Bizzle was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Robyn Evans; parents, Bennie Lee and Fannie Mae Bizzle; grandparents, Willie and Annie Lou Bizzle; Birdie Lee Hill; brother, Bennie Lee Bizzle Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Billie and Robert. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Syed Ahmed and Dr. Paul (Teresa) Musson, and Hurley Medical Center.
