FRAZIER, Mr. Randall Adam - Age 71, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 at his residence. Family Hour 1:30 PM Friday, April 25, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Rev. Fletcher Johnson, officiating. Interment Lovedale Memorial Cemetery, G-5175 E. Bristol Rd., Burton, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel Friday, April 25, 2025 at 1:30 PM. Mr. Frazier will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Mr. Randall Adam Frazier “Papa” was born August 29, 1953 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Carl and Francis Frazier. Randall grew up on St. John Street where everyone knew you by your name and you were treated as family. He attended Flint Northern High School. Randall worked various jobs until he was hired at Buick City, transferring to Saginaw Steering Gear, divisions of General Motors Corporation, retiring after 33 years of service. He accepted Christ as his personal savior when he joined and was baptized at the First New Life Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Fletcher Johnson, ordained as Head Deacon of First New Life, where he served for 25 years before his illness. Randall was an active Deacon and Choir Member of First New Life. Randall was an affiliated sponsor of AA for 35 years where he sponsored and supported several individuals in recovery. He loved fishing, shooting pool, meeting his friends at the gym to talk more than working out. He loved taking long walks with his neighbors, Irene, Jessie and Willie, and sometimes with his wife who occasionally walked too fast for him, shouting “slow down, slow down. Randall also loved working outside in his yard, all the neighbors knew and loved Randall. He loved spending time with the grandkids, family gatherings, birthdays, holidays, and he always looked forward to spending time with them. What a man, what a man, what a mighty good man. Mr. Randall Adam Frazier “Papa” leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Florence Frazier; 3 sons, Randall (Tiffany) Johnson, Keeyantay (Lorena) Johnson and Tony Johnson; 2 step-sons, Thomas Steen, all of Flint and Christopher Staves of Saginaw, MI; mother of his children, Doris Johnson; 2 sisters, Petena Atkins and Juanita Atkins, both of Flint; 21 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 aunts, Rose Villalpando of flint and Marie Givens of California; 4 sisters-in-law, Denita Kay Fair, Luevina Huskey, Dorothy Fair and Ruby Fair; brother-in-law, Theodore Fair; adopted son, Dequane Powell; childhood friends, Leo Fant and Bennie Bell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends, Jessie Todd, Forrest and Miss Evonne. Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Francis Frazier; sister, Loretta Frazier-Stewart; and brother, Harold Frazier. The family would like to express special thanks to Pastor Cedell Timms and First New Life Missionary Baptist Church family, Western Hills-Briarcliffe neighborhood, RN Kendra and AA Hospice.
