EDMONDSON, Ms. Patricia Ann - Age 53, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10:30AM Monday, January 19, 2009 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM, Rev. Fletcher Johnson officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10:30AM Monday. Ms. Edmondson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 10AM-6PM Sunday. Ms. Patricia Ann Edmondson was born January 11, 1956 in Little Rock, AR, the daughter of Lois Marie Muldrew and Earnest Edmondson. She graduated from High School in Chicago, IL. Patricia moved to Flint in 2003. She accepted Christ at an early age. Patricia nickname in Chicago was Pat, in Flint she was known as the neighborhood Granny. She loved to spend time at Gundry Elementary where she was involved in the Michigan Extension Program, Parent Club and Safe Passage. Pat was always willing to help any and everyone when she could. She attended First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church where Rev. F.O. Hockenhull is Pastor. Later she moved to New Life Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board. Pat was always there to give a help hand at every church event. She was known for her famous Peach Cobbler. Ms. Patricia Ann Edmondson leaves to cherish her memory, 3 daughters, Lolita Reene Muldrew of Flint, Bernice Reene Edmondson (Mark Boyd) of Chicago, IL and Latrece DeAnn Edmondson of Jackson, MS; 2 sons, Mitchell Edmondson of Minneapolis, MN and Courtney Tolbert of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Shirquita Marnette Nevels, Kenya Abdel Martin, Jr., Jessica Reene Johnson, Antionique Simmons, Antoine Williams, Mitchell Edmondson, Karen Bernice Edmondson, Michealle Latrece Edmondson, Heaven Lolita Brooks, Mitchella Edmondson, De’aundre Quezaire, Nakiyah Gibbs and Markquise Boyd; sisters, Lois Ann Edmondson of Little Rock, AR, Debra Childkess of Springfield, AR, Jolyn Vance of Chicago, IL and Juanita Dabney of Flint, MI; aunt, Ruby (Charles) Gill, Odessa Jacobs both of Flint; uncle, Sling (Sue) Muldrew nieces, Latonya DeAnn Edmondson and Shaunta Gwen Vance Nepher; nephews, William Muldrew and Zentrece Muldrew; godchildren, Kenyata Jennings, Latifa Riddick, Marquese Osborne, Arletha Austin and Amber Campbell; special friend, Anthony White. Ms. Patricia Ann Edmondson was preceded in death by parents and aunt, Jean Littlejohn. The family would like to express special thanks to Pastor Fletcher Johnson, Pastor F.O.
