YOUNG, Mrs. Pamela - Age 41, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at residence. Family hour 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Full Gospel Christian Church, 5901 M.L. King Ave., with funeral service commencing at 11 a.m. Pastor Namon Marshall, Jr., officiating, Dr. James L. Wheeler, Sr., Host Pastor. Interment River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10 a.m. Saturday. Mrs. Young will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2-8 p.m. Friday. Mrs. Pamela Young was born March 15, 1971, the daughter of Brenda Thrower and Clyde Price. Pamela was a resident of Flint and a member of Ruth Street Church of God. She graduated from Flint Northern High School. Pamela was Parent of the Year for 2011-2012 at Holmes Foundation Academy. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Ealrie B. Young; daughter, Ciera Badon; 2 sons, Ravon Badon and Tarrell Daniel; parents, Brenda (Billy) Thrower and Clyde Price; 4 sisters, Felicia Daniel, LaToyia Veal, Katrina Brantley, all of Flint and Nicole Thrower of Dallas, TX; 6 nieces, Alicia Daniel of Flint, Diamond Abdul-Shakoora of Columbus, OH, Ne’Keiya Powell, Brittanie Gray, La'Dasia Daniel and Na’Tori Daniel; 5 nephews, Denzell Daniel, Jaelon Daniel, Donavan Robinson, Desmond Brantley, Jr., and Xavier Steele, all of Flint; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, including best friend and sister, Susie Whitiker of Flint, sister, Regina Badon, godparents, Shirley and Clinton, godmother, Lessie M. Jackson, Honorary father, Pastor Norman Marshall, Jr. Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark (Evie) Daniel, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Goldman (Annie) Price; uncles, Freddie Price, Lonnie Daniel and Clark Daniel, Jr.; aunts, Elmaree Daniel-Nabors, Eva L. Daniel, Esther Daniel and Marsha E. Daniel.
