Mr. Noah McAdory

McAdory, Mr. Noah - Age 61, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2 p.m. Pastor Patrick W. Sanders, Sr. officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. McAdory will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m., with the family present from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Noah McAdory was born on October 25, 1951 in Flint, Michigan, the son of the late Leroy and Annie Louise McAdory. He attended Flint Public Schools. Noah accepted Christ at an early age at Macedonia Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend J.C. Curry. Noah enjoyed being with family and friends. Mr. Noah McAdory leaves to cherish his memory: 3 sisters, Juanita Mills and Rita Barbee, both of Flint, and Margaret Lemuel of Colorado Springs, CO; 3 nieces, Kim and Kelly Prevo, both of Flint, Denise Lemuel of Colorado Springs, CO; 15 nephews, Kenneth, Sedrick, Patrick and Nakia Prevo, Delano and Milton Mills, Roderick, Corbin and Brandon McAdory, Victor Suggs, all of Flint, Jermaine and Phillip McAdory of Louisville, KY, Alfred, Jr. and Michael Lemuel of Colorado Springs, CO and Derrick Lemuel of Denver, CO; 22 great nieces and nephews including, Khamisi, Nadra, India, Kendrick, ShaToya, Sedrick, Marquez, Kiajah, Jana, MarQuise, Celeste and others; 15 great-great nieces and nephews; 1 great-great-great niece; uncle, Samuel L. Motley; 5 cousins, Marvin, Stella, Ajamu (Keith L.), Louvenia and Pat Hennie; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Ronald (Dink) Murray, Lisa, the Pryor, Williams and Nelson families and Barb Turner. Mr. McAdory was preceded in death by: parents, Leroy and Annie McAdory; sister, Dianna Prevo; 2 brothers, William Phillips and Melvin McAdory; nephew, Kevin DeLeon; 2 aunts, Artelia Thomas and Lillie B. Motley; and 2 brothers-in-law, Sgt. Alfred Lemuel, Sr. and Willie Prevo. The family would like to express special thanks to Nurse Tracy of 5W-Hurley Medical Center, Elder John Thornton and the Shiloh Baptist Church family of Port Huron, MI, Elder A. Jeffrey LaValley, Pastor Patrick W. Sanders, Sr. and the New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church family, the staff of Lawrence E.
