Mr. Quentin Kahee

KAHEE, Mr. Quentin - age 35, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 at his residence. Public Visitation 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM Friday, September 19, 2025, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. Mr. Kahee will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home. Mr. Quentin Kahee was born on May 15, 1989, in Flint, Michigan, the beloved twin, Quorteshia, born to proud parents, Alesia Gray and Anthony Kahee. When his dad passed away, Quentin and his mom had an undeniable bond. You know the saying “me and you against the world.” That was the two of them. So they decided to embark on a new adventure moving to Pine Bluff, AR. They remained in Pine Bluff, AR for several years. Quentin was an all around good guy. He was very respectful, manner able, positive, helpful, always in good spirits and never bothered anyone. He was always up for a good laugh and jokes also. Quentin had a very out going personality. He would gather with family and friends to laugh, talk, hangout and have a good time. Quentin was a avid football player at Dollarway High School, where he dominated the field, he was an offensive lineman and defensive lineman wearing the #52 Jersey from his sophomore year to his senior year. He graduated from high school in May of 2007. Quentin loved listening to music on his phone. He also would play oldies but goodies when he felt nostalgic about his mom, Alesia. Those songs were his favorite and they made him feel closer to her when he listened to them. He attended Old St. James M.B. Church where he found our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Quentin did not work, but he was a very helpful person. If he saw you with groceries, he would volunteer and help you out. He also did little odd jobs for his neighbors. His hobbies consisted of watching sports, basketball and football. His favorite teams were, Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Lakers. Quentin also fished with his cousin. His favorite pass time was talking on the phone to his lady friends (LOL). Quentin’s favorite foods and beverages were his aunt’s famous steak, onion and cheese hoagies. He really enjoyed candy and chips as well. Especially Hot Cheetos and let’s not forget Vienna hot dogs and chilly along with a grape, red or orange Faygo Pop. Mr. Quentin Kahee leaves to cherish his memory: favorite aunt and caretaker., Debra “TeeTee” Gray; aunts, LaFoya Gray, both of Flint, Tonya McSwain of Las Vegas, NV, Marvey Dukes and Cheryl Hopson; uncle, Gregory Gray, all of Flint; a host of cousins including special cousins that he was very fond of and held them in high regard to his heart, Daivian “Boosie” Gray of Flint, Jasmine “Nookie” McSwain of Las Vegas, NV, Cameron “CJ” Gray, Tyrell “T.Rex” Richardson, LaToya Jenkins, Bionca Lewis, all of Flint, Micheal (Latrice) Fuller and Robert L. Monk of Pine Bluff, AR. Mr. Kahee was preceded in death by his mother, Alesia Gray; father, Anthony Kahee; grandmother, Johnnie Gray; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Edgar Kahee; grandfathers, Benjamin Edmond and George Gray; great-grandmother, Bernice Jones; twin sister, Quorteshia Kahee; aunts, Pamela Kahee and Thelma Lewis
