Mrs. Michele Dunn

DUNN, Mrs. Michele - Age 49, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church, 1851 W. Carpenter Rd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 a.m. Elder Kenneth L. Stewart officiating. Interment River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Church 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Dunn will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 12 noon - 8:00 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Michele Ramone Dunn was born March 1, 1963, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Michael and Brenda Holliday. She was a lifelong resident of Flint and a member of New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church. Michele graduated from Flint Northwestern High School, “Class of 1981.” Her last place of employment was at the Genesee County Medical Society until she became ill. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and devoted grandmother. Michele loved being with her sisters, playing cards and going to Bingo and the casino. Michele leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Anthony Ray Dunn, Sr.; daughter, Arasha` Ramone Dunn, both of Flint; son, Anthony Ray (Tamara) Dunn, Jr. of Grand Blanc, MI; granddaughter, Erin Rae Dunn of Flint; parents, Michael Holliday and Brenda Holliday; 5 sisters, Tangie Luckett (Gaston) Jacobs, Rosyln Williams, Montre (Ricky) Buggs, Sr., all of Flint, Donna Hamilton and Michael (Gary) Prince; 2 brothers, Craig Holliday and Jabaree Holliday; 17 nieces; 1 great-niece; 9 nephews; 3 great-nephews; aunts, Jacqueline Luckett, Penny (Billy) Bankston, Jill (Raymond) Gist, all of Flint and Loraine Edwards; uncles, Drew Holliday, Gary (Dalawn) Holliday and Gregory Holliday, all of Flint; mother and father-in-law, Mildred LeFlore and Percy Dunn, both of Flint; sisters-in-law, Tya, Doneka and Tawana Dunn; brothers-in-law, Jimmy (BJ), Larry (Regina), Dante, Darius and Taj Dunn; aunt-in-law, Berta Winters of Flint; a host of other relatives and friends including, Janice Fleming of Flint, Tammy Copeland of Atlanta, GA and Tony Pea of Grand Rapids, MI. Mrs. Dunn was preceded in death by her aunts and uncles, Myrtle “Dunk” Stewart, Celeste “Poo-Poo” Lewis; Paulette (Harim) Brisker; 2 uncles, Ronnie Luckett and Carl Holliday.
