BULLOCK, Mrs. Lisa L. - Age 35, passed away Friday, October 28, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital. Family hour 10:30AM Monday, November 7, 2005 at Liberty Christian Outreach Center, 5601 N. Saginaw St., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11:00AM. Pastor Billy Bamberg, officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30AM Monday. Mrs. Bullock will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 10AM-6PM Sunday. Mrs. Lisa Lynette Bullock was born on April 16, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Daisy & Melvin Thomas. Lisa resided in Flint. She accepted Christ at a young age and continued to grow a personal relationship with the Lord. She was a faithful member of Liberty Christian Outreach Ministries. Lisa graduated from Northern High School and later attended Mott Community College majoring in Criminal Justice. Mrs. Bullock was a correctional officer for the State of Michigan. She loved her children and spent quality time with them doing fun things. Lisa was thoughtful, kindhearted, loving and a very giving person. There was nothing she wouldn't do for a friend or sister. Mrs. Lisa Lynette Bullock leaves to cherish her memory: 2 daughters, Shonquala and Shequita Thomas; 2 sons, Robert E. Brown and Nathan Bullock; father, Melvin Thomas; grandparents, Daisy Mobley and Andrew Thomas, both of Cleveland, OH; 3 sisters, Renee Thomas, Arlena (Antoan) Honaker, and Delores Thompson, all of Flint; 2 brothers, Melvin and Michael Thomas, both of Flint; nieces, Alexis, Francina, Kaliyah, Amiya, Micah, and Mikalah Thomas, Kennedy Pittman, Alayna, Ayana, and Aryn Honaker; nephews, Robert Persons, III, Christopher Thomas, Kenyen Spurlock, Michael Thomas, Jr., and Miguan Thomas, all of Flint; aunts, Delois Cook, Idora Chambers, both of Flint, Willie Savage of Cleveland, OH; uncles, Andrew Thomas, Cleveland, OH; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Vanessa Houston, Terry Williams, and Denise Rea. Mrs. Lisa Lynette Bullock was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy M. Thomas. The family would like to express special thanks to the Liberty Christian Outreach Center and Scott Correctional Facility.
