Mrs. Linda Gail Fleming

FLEMING, Mrs. Linda Gail - Age 75, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025, at her residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, February 15, 2025, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy., Mt. Morris, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:00 AM Saturday, February 15, 2025. Mrs. Fleming will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed Friday, February 14, 2025, from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM with family present from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM to receive friends. Linda Gail Stradwick-Fleming was born February 27, 1949 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of Thomas Edward Sr. and Ella Louise (Berry) Stradwick. Linda married Robert Fleming on June 22, 1964 and they were married for 60 years. She attended Flint Northern High School and completed her G.E.D. Linda was employed at Fisher Body, a division of General Motors Corporation and Pro Clean of Flint. She was also employed by West Side Scrap of Dayton, OH. Linda enjoyed traveling, partying, shopping, dancing, fine clothes, skating, and music. She enjoyed playing softball, cards, spending time with family and her grandchildren. Linda Gail Stradwick-Fleming leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Malinda (Kevin Crutcher) Fleming; 2 sons, Michael (Nickole) Fleming and Mervin (Tomika) Fleming Sr.; grandchildren, Candra D. Fleming of Dallas, TX, Kevin D. Fleming of Davison, MI, Mervin T. (Asami) Fleming of Japan, Michael M. Fleming of Shelby Twp., MI, Malon S. Fleming of Flint, Naijha Fleming of Inkster, MI, Malachi R. Fleming, Ziion Wiley and Lee Kahan, all of Swartz Creek, MI; great-granddaughter, Elaine Fleming of Japan; 3 sisters, Toni D. Ashford of Nashville, TN, Cheryl A. (Milton C.) Gibson of Clayton, OH and Rose M. Stradwick of Flint; 3 brothers, Gregory L. (Stephanie) Stradwick, Kenny L. (Valerie) Stradwick of Texas and Vincent J. Stradwick of Columbus, OH; 15 nieces; 19 nephews; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins; 5 sisters-in-law, Linda (Keith) Banks, Rhonda Fleming, all of Flint and Rhonda Gibson of Miamisburg, OH; 4 brothers-in-law, Edward Fleming, Clarence Fleming (Kathlene Masoulick), all of Flint, Roger Fleming of Tennessee and Frederick (Deborah) Fleming of Iowa; father and mother-in-law, Robert D. and Thula Fleming; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Delisa Townsend of Flint and Marcia Allen of Florida. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fleming; son, Robert Daniel Fleming; parents, Ella Louise and Thomas E. Stradwick Sr.; grandparents, James and Lilly Stradwick, George and Mattie Berry; brothers, Thomas E. Stradwick Jr., Danny L. Jones and Leroy Fleming; sisters-in-law, Barbara Jones, Ann Stradwick and Barbara Jones; brother-in-law, Ray Ashford; niece and nephew, MaDonna L. Fleming and Edward D.
