JOHNSON, Mr. Lennon, Jr. - Age 20, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2009 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10AM Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10AM Tuesday. Mr. Johnson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM Monday. Mr. Lennon “Lee-Lee” Johnson, Jr. was born October 24, 1988 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Angel McGruder-Burgess and Lennon Johnson, Sr. He attended Flint and Beecher Public Schools. He loved video games and loud music. “Lee-Lee” enjoyed playing basketball and football. He played for several schools and organizations and was a very good player. “Lee-Lee” loved riding on his moped motorcycle and driving his cars, especially the one he had designed with R.I.P Markie and Ballz painted on it. He wore designer brand clothes and hats and always wore the latest fashion of shoes. He loved his sisters, brothers and all his homies from 5 different hoods. Lennon also mastered his hustle, he was most definitely, “ The Man”.
