James "Justice Allah" Jackson

JACKSON, James "Justice Allah" - Age 37, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 in DeKalb County, Georgia. Family hour 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at North Central Church of Christ, 2001 N. Saginaw St., with funeral service commencing at 12 p.m. Minister Rigel Dawson, officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 11 a.m. Wednesday. Justice will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 5 pm - 7 pm Tuesday. James "Justice Allah" Jackson was born on August 9, 1978 in Flint, Michigan, to Sharon Bond and William Jackson. He passed on November 26, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia, where he lived for nearly 18 years. James was baptized at an early age at North Central Church of Christ. He attended Flint Schools, and at an early age developed a passion for sports and music. In high school, James loved football and was a four year player at Flint Southwestern Academy. His speed and elusiveness allowed him to play Running Back and despite his small stature, Nose Tackle. Growing up, he loved Al Bundy from the TV show "Married With Children" and similar to him, his claim to fame was that he once scored 3 Touchdown's in one game. After graduating high school in 1996, he briefly attended Eastern Michigan University before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. In his adult life, James became a member of The Five Percent Nation, and would take on the name Justice Allah. Justice was very passionate about his beliefs, and instilled these values in his sons, Justice Akhil (13) and Amir (6). He was a devoted and committed father, and indebted his life to instill this knowledge and discipline in his sons lives. Justice loved the Arts, and there was never a dull moment whether with family or friends. His diverse knowledge base allowed him the opportunity to work with various musicians, assist with movie production, work in the restaurant industry, perform home renovations/inspections, develop mobile apps (Q-It),and help launch websites (H2STV, Medicated TV). He was an amazing son, grandson, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. He will truly be missed by those who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory: 2 sons, Justice Akhil Jackson and Amir Naim Jackson; mother, Sharon Bond; father, William (Stacey) Jackson; 2 brothers, Jerron (Chanel) Jackson and Jonathan Barrett (Stephanie) Jackson; 2 sisters, Courtni (Chester) Hawkins and Crandalyn Jackson; grandparents, James Herman and Ola June Bond; special loved ones, Taurus Ligon and Taabia Bowles; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins other relatives and friends. Justice was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Jackson, Sr. and Eula Jackson and very special aunt, Ramona Talifarro.
