Ms. Jacqueline Denise Poulite

POULITE, Ms. Jacqueline Denise - Age 49, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Family hour 10 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2013 at Greater New Bethel Church of God In Christ, 925 W. Atherton Rd., with funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Brian Grundy officiating. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10a.m. Monday. Ms. Poulite will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday. Ms. Jacqueline Poulite was born March 12, 1964 in Flint MI, the daughter of Osborn and Alice Polite Jr. Jacqueline attended the Greater New Bethel C.O.G.I.C where she gave her life to Christ in 2011. A resident of Flint, MI; Ms. Poulite graduated from Beecher High School and attended Mott Community College. She was a CNA and worked for several group homes for more than 12 years. She was known as a workaholic and always on the go. Ms. Jacqueline Poulite enjoyed spending time with her only daughter, friends and most importantly family. She loved traveling, going to the movies, fishing and most importantly, shopping. Jacqueline loved purses and it was always stated that she spoiled her daughter. Jackie was one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She loved everyone and didn’t mind giving you her last. Jacqueline was a cheerful giver, a strong fighter and supporter. She would try and make everyone happy; always cracking a joke or two. Jackie had a special voice as well, more like a humming bird. Ms. Jacqueline Poulite leaves to cherish her memories daughter, Ostiva Poulite of Flint MI; 2 sisters, Daphne Polite and Takeeshe Polite both of Flint; 2 brothers, Osborn (Rocio) Polite III of El Paso, TX and Cedric (Cherise) Polite of Flint MI; 6 nieces, Yolanda Polite, Victoria Payne, Jackie Polite, China Polite, Alysse Polite and Alize Robinson; 5 nephews, Ezekiel Polite, Cedric Polite Jr., Micah Shields, Derrick Polite and Osborn Polite IV; a host of other relatives and friends including, Francine Willingham, Crystal Hitts, Floyd Porter, Rene Dickson and Jewel McConnel. Ms. Poulite was preceded in death by her father Elder Osborn Lee Polite Jr. The family would like to express special thanks to special friends, Ms. Ora, and Cindy Taylor, Nikki, Universal EMS, RRC Dialysis of Mt.
