PEELER, Mrs. Irnah - Age 64, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 1:30PM Friday, October 26, 2007 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 2PM. Rev. Shaney officiating. Interment Gracelawn Historical Cemetery, 5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30PM Friday. Mrs. Peeler will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 4PM-8PM Thursday. Mrs. Irnah Jule Peeler was born October 5, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Talmadge Greenlee and Cillar Mae Spivey. Irnah attended Public Schools in Kosciusko, MS. In 1966, she moved to Flint and later employed with Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Irnah enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, traveling, spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Irnah Jule Peeler leaves to cherish her memory: 2 daughters, Jacqueline Peeler of Detroit, Margaret (Anthony) Briscoe; 4 sons, Tyree Greenlee, Earl (Carol-deceased) Peeler, Marlon (Barbara) Peeler and Terrance (Jay) Archer; 4 godchildren, Nasienka Francis, Dean Peeler, Suzanne Davis, all of Flint, and Jeanette Fearn of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Shawanda (Kevin) Washington, Rickey Frye, Brittany Peeler, Brianna, Marlana and Kylynn Howell, Anthony, Andre and Asia Briscoe and Jaden Archer; great-grandchild, Jaeda Hicks, all of Flint; 5 sisters, Dorothy Askew of Chicago, IL, Mae (Harry) Redeemar of Saginaw, MI, Cillar McDay of Detroit, MI, Janice Greenlee of Flint, Irnah Brooks of Saginaw, MI; 3 brothers, Talmadge Greenler, Jr. of Saginaw, MI, Earl Greenlee of Chicago, IL, Norris Greenlee of Ann Arbor, MI; 2 aunts, Gloria Greenlee of Detroit, MI and Vera Greenlee of Jackson, MS; 2 uncles, Jesse Greenlee of Jackson, MS and Floyd Greenlee of Detroit, MI; special cousins, Eldridge and James Spivey of San Bernardino, CA; brother-in-law, George and Harry Redeemer both of Saginaw, MI; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends, William Brown, Rufus Brewington, Earl Peeler, Suzanne Davis and family, Hill and Francis family, Theresa Irving, Charles Newby, Rebeccca Benjamin, Howell family, Marla Briscoe and family, Jackie Anderson and family, special son-in-law and daughter-in-law, Anthony Briscoe and Barbara Howell. Mrs. Peeler was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Peeler; and parents, Talmadge and Cillar Mae Greenlee; sisters, Otha Greenlee, Katherine Masuca and Mary ?Liz?
