COOK, Mr. Harrison R. III "Punkin" - Age 38, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2011 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11 a.m. Bishop Raymond Dunlap, officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10 a.m. Monday. Mr. Cook will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Mr. Harrison R. Cook III was born on July 2, 1973 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Harrison and Antionette Cook. Harrison was educated in the Flint Community Public Schools. He was a devoted father and a compassionate son. Harrison loved working on audio equipment, and playing sports with family and friends. He also enjoyed being a comedian that loved a good laugh, and played video games, while listening to music. He also had a heart for listing to other people's problems and offering love and advice. "His favorite saying was everything is gonna be alright" Mr. Harrison R. Cook III "Punkin" leaves to cherish his memory: fiancé, Jennifer R. Hobson; 2 daughters, Alana and Cheyanne Gaddy; 4 sons, Aaron, Isaiah, Collan and Jayden Cook; parents, Harrison and Antionette Cook; grandparents, James Lenoir and Aaron Williams; 4 sisters, Mia Riggs, Angelique and Carmita Cook, and Nykula Coulter of Dallas, TX; brother of the heart, William Johnson; 3 nieces, Santana Cook of Dallas, TX, Alante Cook, Sky Richardson; 3 nephews, Deonte Cook of Houston, TX, James Wade II, and special nephew, Kevin Waite, Jr.; 8 aunts, Florence Burton, Pamela Lenoir, special aunts, Madeline Lenoir, Carol Thrower, Mary Lenoir, Sandra (Bobby) Wells, Brenda Simpson, Patricia (Marion) Stinson of Bloomington, IN; 8 uncles, TJ (Delores) Burton, Joey L. and Bruce Williams of Bloomington, IN, Ricky Simpson of CA, Willie (Brenda) of UT, Aaron Williams, Jr., Monroe Cook, and special uncles, Jesse and Roderick Lenoir; special cousin, Lil Jessie and Kim Cavette; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Tae Tae, Pella Davis of Louisville, KY, Kendal George of Atlanta, GA, Steve Lurvey; and special to his heart, Charlene Scroggins and Ambur Dinnan.
