LEWIS, Mr. Ethan Marquawn - Age 21, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025, at his residence. Family hour 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 10:00AM Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Mr. Lewis will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed Monday, June 30, 2025, from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Ethan Marquawn Lewis was born September 19, 2003 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Jessica Kitchen and Cornell Lewis. He was a big brother and little brother that loved playing with his siblings. Ethan was very protective them. He enjoyed being outside in the park swinging, playing in the water and just being with family. Ethan was a smart, kind and loved to learn. He was very strong, determined, funny and a joy to his family. Ethan had many medical conditions that presented many challenges, but that never kept him from smiling and learning. Ethan Marquawn Lewis leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Jessica Kitchen; father, Cornell (Lakisha) Lewis; grandparents, Susan (Andy) Muth, Cornell and Marilyn Callaway; 4 sisters, Imani Miles, Tangy Smith, Precious Smith and Lucenda Smith; 4 brothers, Ian Lewis, Allen Sykes, Darius Smith and Deirick Young; 2 step-sisters, Sha’Vonte and Von’Tairia Atkins; step-brother, Trae’Von Atkins; 11 aunts, Margret (Johnny) Gree, Mary Hardenburgh, Michelle Green, Danielle (Andy) Warmack, Catarra Lewis, Chrystal and Cynthia Callaway and Chevette Claiborne, all of Flint, Pamela (Donald) Perry, Kinia Perry and Danielle Perry; 3 uncles, Brian Garcia of Colorado, Kevin Kitchen of Utah and Dreko (Tasha) Callaway; 10 maternal cousins, Denzel Garcia of Colorado, Lynk Kitchen of Florida, Jeff (Amy) Hardenburgh, Randy Hardenburgh, Noelle Racine, Jesse Waddell, Justin Waddell, and Lorraine (EK) Figueroa; special cousins, Kristopher Perry, Kinyon Perry Patrick, and Dazija Perry; 20 paternal cousins; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Jeffery Hawkins and family, Laura Garland and family, and the New Community Baptist Church family. Ethan was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Jesusa Villa; L.C. Lewis, Mary Hicks, Nathaniel and Clara Callaway, Cortney Callaway and Antquan Cox.
