WILLIAMS, Mr. Eddie Sr. - Age 66, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. Family hour 1:30 PM Friday, March 8, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Pastor Glen Williams, and Pastor Julius Williams, Officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 1:30 PM Friday. Mr. Williams will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Thursday. Mr. Eddie “Bo” Louis Williams was born April 19, 1957 in Artesian, Mississippi, the son of Catherine Williams and Willie Burnett Sr. Eddie confessed Christ at an early age. He attended Motley High School in Columbus, MS. Soon after, he became employed with General Motors Corporation. Eddie later joined the Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Roosevelt Deloach in Flint, Michigan. He loved spending time with his fiancé, children, grandchildren and loved ones. Eddie also loved to sing, dance, listen to Gospel Music, his dog, Pikachu and the Blues. He was a star that shined bright and was loved by all who knew him. Mr. Eddie “Bo” Louis Williams leaves to cherish his memory: fiancé, Cynthia Clowers; 3 daughters, Khadijah (David) Williams of Flint, Catherine (Devonta) Reed of Avondale, AZ, Lakeisha (James) Taylor of Maricopa, AZ; 4 sons, Eddie Williams Jr. of Flint, Royregus Williams of Maricopa, AZ, Gaidi Strong (Monoca) of Flint and Arthur (Bryana) Taylor of Plano, TX; 26 grandchildren including special granddaughter, Ziy’Yonna “Chuck Rock” Williams; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Martha Lucious of Artesian, MS, Christine Williams of Cincinnati, OH and Shundra Neal of Starkville, MS; 4 brothers, Julius (Orlinda) Williams of Memphis, TN, Harry (Kathy) Williams of Flint, Rev. Willie Williams of Nashville, TN and Fredrick (Clorisa) Meody of Columbus, MS; 2 favorite nieces, Sonya Grayer and Shaneka Williams of Flint; 5 favorite nephews, Akeen Grayer, Calvin Grayer, Billy Williams, DeQuantrum Grayer and Harry Williams Jr.; 3 god-children, Jakyla Greer, Ava Hudson and Shalina Swift of Flint; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Willie Glen Williams, John Dick and JoAnn Thomas. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his grandson, Louis Williams; parents, Catherine Williams and Willie Burnett Sr.; sister, Gloria Grayer; brother, Willie Burnett Jr.; brother-in-law, T.J.
