Ms. Dina Mae Broach

BROACH, Ms. Dina Mae - Age 76, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at her residence. Family hour 10:30 AM Thursday, November 7, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Rev. Robert Lee Allen, officiating. Interment Lovedale Memorial Cemetery, G-5175 E. Bristol Rd., Burton, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 10:30 AM Thursday. Ms. Broach will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday. Dina Mae Broach was born November 7, 1947 in Decatur, Mississippi the daughter of Davis Broach and Caroline Rieley. Ms. Dina moved to Flint, Michigan at an early age with her mother, father and ten other siblings. She attended Flint public schools including Emerson Elementary School and Flint Northern High School. Dina went on to become a professional dry cleaner at Pro-Clean located in the Flint areas. She was one of the best at her craft and was personally selected by Mayor Woodrow Stanley to do his professional and personal dry cleaning. Ms. Dina was a devoted very loving and caring mother as well as loving sister, aunt and friends. Dina Mae Broach leaves to cherish her memory: son, Clarence “Klae” (Mary) Broach of Belleville, Michigan; daughter, Cheryl Broach of Flint Township, Michigan; grandchildren, Xerious Broach and Clayvonte Broach, Antwan (Kellie) Hoey, Timmoya Jones, Clarence Deshawn Broach, all of Ypsilanti, MI, Tekila Renee Broach of Flint Township, MI, Cierra J. Broach and Ceon C. Broach, both of Brownstown, MI, Chakari K. Broach and Caidin C. Broach of Ypsilanti, MI; great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Liam, Myles, Kolin, Kenya, Kamiyah, Yariah, Clayvion, Alee’cya, Isaiah, Aleeyah, Aleeana and Aleenah; sister, Effie Welch; brothers, Marvin and J. P. Broach; nieces, Sue, Ester, Valerie, Lashawn, Carol, Denise, Christy, Belinda and Kim; nephews, James, Bob, John, Charlie Jr., Darrel and Arthur Lee and a host of other relatives and friends. Ms. Broach was preceded in death by both of her parents, Caroline and Davis Broach; siblings, J. B. Broach, Willie Broach, Charlie Broach, Dave Broach, Jewel Benson and Velma Pearl Broach; and nephew, Arthur Lee Broach
