Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM today. Mr. Demetrus Dion Perdue was born July 24, 1984 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mrs. Lillie McNabb Perdue. He was a 2002 graduate of Flint Northern and was attending Mott Community College. Dion was a faithful member of Bethlehem Temple Church. He was a very kind and compassionate person that enjoyed life and serving God. Mr. Demetrus Dion Perdue leaves in God's Care: devoted mother, Lillie Perdue; 2 loving siblings, Valori Perdue of Troy, MI, and Anthony (Nataki) Perdue of Flint; 2 nieces, Tiviya Engram and Kendi Perdue; 1 nephew, Anthony Perdue, all of Flint; 9 aunts, Lula (Willie) Walker of Chicago, IL, Willie Pearl (Albert) Lovett of Athens, AL, Ola Mae (Jimmie) Jackson, and Matha Griffen of Brundidge, AL, Sarah (Robert) Lipsey of Cordova, TN, Evon (John) Smith of Tuscaloosa, AL, Mary (Don) Wingard, Mt. Morris, Christine (Donald) Robinson of Grand Blanc and Coretta (Charles) Davis of Flint; 3 uncles, Robert (Evelyn) McNabb of Grand Blanc, Kerry McNabb of Ionia, MI, and Joe (Faye) McNabb of Springfield, AR; a host of cousins, and friends including Honorary grandmother, Louise Williams; godparents, James (Barbara) Hollins; special friend, Sangeya Lowe; best friends, Larry Dawkins, Quinton Mack, and Joshua Webb, Pastor Phillip J. (April) Thompson and the entire Bethlehem Temple Church Family. Dion was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Linnie McNabb; aunts, Shirley Tolbert, Felicia McNabb and Leola Jones; uncles, Willie Cal McNabb, and Willie B. Griffen.
