RUFF, Ms. Debbie Ann - Age 42, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at her residence. Family hour 10AM Wednesday, July 8, 2009 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM, Bro. Jewett officiating. Interment Gracelawn Community Cemetery, G-5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10AM Wednesday. Ms. Ruff will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 2PM-8PM Tuesday. Ms. Debbie Ann Ruff was born October 1, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Jessie Ruff and Doris Edwards. Debbie loved to do anything to make herself and anyone around her happy. She loved shopping and look good. Debbie kept a smile on her face even in the worst of times. She was fun loving and very into her God and our God, she did enough that God called her home. Debbie loved to play her music and her favorite pleasure was being around her grandchildren. Ms. Debbie A. Ruff leaves to cherish her memory: 3 daughters, LaTasha Ruff, Denise Ruff and Latisha Tomaszewski; son, Mark Tomaszewski, all of Flint; 1 step-child; 5 grandchildren, Amiya Na’JiyeTomaszewski, Tatyanna Aliza Ruff, Bre’Yana “B.J.” Wofford, JayMonta Webb and Brent Wofford III; loving parents, Doris and Jessie Ruff of Alton, IL; sisters, Dinah Ruff, Tracy Ruff and NaTaya Cabine; brother, Anthony Ruff; nieces, Marie, Kimberly and Angel Williams, Ebony and Erica Goss; a host of nephews including, Rayshawn and Antwane Ruff, Mark Harrison, Jr., Derrick McClendon, Jr. and E’Monta Goss; aunt, Jacquelyn Edwards; uncles, Lewis and Douglas Edwards, both of Kansas City, MO; cousins, LaTonya (Jermaine) Redwine, Casandra, Lonell and Shannon Edwards; sisters-in-law, Stephanie Ruff and Yolanda Brown; a host of other relatives and friends, including special friends, Fred Shackelford, Scheryle Fields, Wayne Denson, Mark Tomaszewski, Sr., Lisa Otis, Dennis Baker, Uncle Ron, Robert Davis, Roy Cabine and Alfornia Summers. Ms. Ruff was preceded in death by her grandmother, Caldonia Linzy; grandfather Willie Edward, Sr.; niece, Rashawnda Ruff; aunt, Lottie Baker; uncles, Wayne Edwards and Cleveland Johnson; and a host of other relatives.
