JUSTICE, Mrs. Carrie Lee - Age 75, passed away Monday, June 19, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Family hour 12Noon Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at New St. James Church Of God In Christ, 2229 W. Carpenter Rd., with funeral service commencing at 1PM. Eld. Eddie Parrish officiating. Interment River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 12Noon Tuesday. Mrs. Justice will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed 1PM-8PM Monday. Mother. Carrie Lee Justice was born October 24, 1930 in Pineville, Kentucky the daughter of James and Savannah (Davis) Foster. Mother. Carrie Lee Justice was a retired employee of the Old Ternsted Plant, a division of General Motors. Carrie was a faithful member of New St. James Memorial Church Of God In Christ. She faithfully served on the Usher and Mother's Board, Christian Woman's and Young Women's Christian Council, and the Nurses Guild. She possessed a quiet, sweet spirit, and especially loved the Lord, and also being in church services. Mother Carrie Lee Justice leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Joselyn (Bernal) Johnson; grandchild, Robert E. Martion, Jr. all of Flint; 2 great grandchildren, Justice Martion of Seattle, WA, and Ramiah Martion of Flint; 5 sisters, Doris Owens of Hazelcrest, IL, Helen Williams of Chicago, IL, Lois Burrells of Atlanta, GA, Yvonne Dixson of Shelvyville, KY, Mary (Neal) Daniels of Raleigh, NC; brother, Merle Ray Foster of Chicago, IL; special niece, Marcella Holmes of Flint; special nephew, Jerry A. Marshall of Minneapolis, MN; mother-in-law, Mrs. Martha Speights of Middlesboro, KY; brother-in-law, John H. Jones of Atlanta, GA; an abundance of other nieces and nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends including special friends, the New St. James Memorial Church Of God In Christ family, Mrs. Cillia Chaney, Ms. Nadine Alexander (God-given daughter). Mother Carrie Lee Justice was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin N. Justice; parents, James and Savannah (Davis) Foster; sister, Francis Hegg; twin sister, Mattie Lee Jones.
