Sibley, Mr. Calvin - Age 30, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10AM Wednesday, April 16, 2008 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM, Eld. Kenneth L. Stewart, officiating. Interment River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10AM Wednesday. Mr. Sibley will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM Tuesday. Mr. Uriel Hadith "Calvin" loved life and being around family. He loved talking about different kinds of religions. He loved having fun, and always had jokes to tell. Uriel also loved shooting pool, playing cards, listening to live music, jazz, reggae, rap, and old school R & B. He also loved cooking. Uriel always had a dream of being his own entrepreuner; always thinking of ways to become rich. He loved to travel and have family outings. He also dreamed of living in California. But most of all he dearly loved his children. Mr. Uriel Hadith "Calvin" leaves to cherish his sweet memories: 2 daughters, Ayani D. Jamison and Mi'Unique Angel Sibley; 2 sons, Calvin Sibley Jr. and Shai'Twan Sibley; 4 stepsons, DeAngelo, DeLano, LaRoy and Tyree, all of Flint; mother, Sandra Sibley; 2 sisters, Demetrice Davis and Patrice Redwine; 4 brothers, Derrick and Andre Redwine, Dooga and Anthony Corthion, all of Flint; great grandmother, Hattie Lee Davis of Joneville, LA; 2 aunts, Althea Sibley of Flint and Rutha Mae Sibley of Beverly Hills, CA; 3 uncles, Keith, Craig and Ricky (Youvena Bowie) Sibley, all of Flint; step-mother, Evelyn Redwine "Mama Dukes", many nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and special friends including Herman Bell, Kwanon (Ka-none), YounQwane (Yon-Kwane), and Juanisha Jamison, all of Flint; and "very, very" special, devoted mother of 3 of his children, Armelia "Angel." Mr. Hadith was preceded in death by his father, Frankie Nash; grandmother, Hattie Mae Sibley; grandfather, Joseph Sibley, Sr.; and uncle, Joseph Sibley, Jr. The family would like to express special thanks to Premier Audio Concepts, LLC and to everyone who assisted the family during this time of bereavement.
