HAIRSTON, Mr. Bryan "BH" - Age 41, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2006 at his residence in Pontiac, Michigan. Family hour 11AM Friday, December 1, 2006 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 1083 E. Stewart St., with funeral service commencing at 12Noon. Pastor Lewis Randolph officiating. Interment Gracelawn Community Cemetery, G-5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 11AM Friday. Mr. Hairston will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM Thursday. Mr. Bryan Keith Hairston "BH" was born April 16, 1965 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Naomi Hairston and Roy LeFlore. He was a resident of Pontiac, MI. Bryan graduated from Northwestern High School and attended Golden Valley College in Minneapolis, MN and Kalamazoo Valley Community College in Kalamazoo, MI. He was employed at Applebee?s in Pontiac, MI Bryan served his country in the U.S. Air Force with a tour of duty in Germany. He also enjoyed cooking and preparing special dishes, he was a outstanding chef. Bryan loved sports, especially playing basketball and watching football, baseball and other sports. He also had a great love for a variety of music. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed sharing his comical side, he loved, cherished and enjoyed being with his family and friends. Bryan always had a big smile and always was a fun-loving person to be around. Mr. Bryan K. Hairston "BH" leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Naomi Hairston; 3 brothers, Bradley Hairston of Kalamazoo, MI, Shawn Hairston of Pontiac, MI and Kendrick Hairston of Flint; 6 aunts, Sue Graham, Genevia Davis, Lottie Hairston, Eleanor LeFlore and Genevia Fuller, all of Flint, and Shirley Mosley of Charlotte, N.C.; 4 uncles, Archie, Bobby, Hershel and Haskel LeFlore, all of Flint; close cousins, Dewayne Fields of Los Angeles, CA, Lottie Stout, Tracey Orr and Kathy Munger, all of Flint; 5 nieces and 3 nephews; a host of other cousin he loved and enjoyed being with in Flint, North Carolina, Virginia, New York and other cities; many other relatives and friends including his neighbors in Flint and Pontiac, MI and special friends, Chris, Jamal, Reggie, Stephan, Jerome and James (Mud). Mr. Hairston was preceded in death by his father, Roy LeFlore; grandparents; 6 uncles and 3 aunts. The family would like to express special thanks to Rev. Lewis Randolph, Rodale and the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Flint, and Rev. Willie Hill of Saginaw, MI, Drifters M C Club, and friends of the family.
