CORLEY, Mr. Brian Jr. - Age 50, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at his residence. Family hour 1:30 PM Friday, July 14, 2023 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Minister Greg Hare, officiating. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the chapel 1:30 PM Friday. Mr. Corley will lie in state in the chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Thursday. Mr. Brian Corley Jr. was born May 7, 1973, in Flint, Michigan. One of four children, born to the late Brian Corley Sr. and Marlena Diane (Corley) Larry. Brian Jr. received his early education from Flint Community Schools, attended Flint Northern high school, and later on, receiving his GED. Brian always had a HUGE heart, and an even bigger smile. He had a love for family, a passion for working out and weight lifting. Brian Jr. gave his life to Christ at a very young age, and was a member of The Cross Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Pastor, Albert W. Hare. Brian Jr. will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. On June 30, 2023, after 50 years on this side, Brian Jr. gained his wings, and went home to be with his Lord and Savior, to take his final rest. Brian Corley Jr. leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Marlena Diane (Corley) Larry, stepfather, Glenn Larry, of Texarkana, Texas, two brothers, Anthony Corley (Angie), of Flint, MI, Jamaine Corley, of Louisville, Kentucky, and one sister, Abrea Kathryn (Carlos) Neil-Corley, of Texarkana, Texas. Brian had two daughters, Riana Bernice Lawson, Tatyanna Marlena Corley, and a bonus daughter, Amelia Brielle Miller. Eight grandchildren, Farrah Nemer, Nori Ellis, Vira Perez, Giselle Perez, RaMir Perez, Zoe Janelle Corley, Aa’Morah Bella Corley, Rose Ann Taylor, all of Savannah, Georgia. Brian Jr. had a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, special friend, Demetria “MiMi” Carradine, Very-VERY Best Friends, Tarius and Divon Boyd, and many other relatives and close friends. Mr. Brian Corley Jr. was preceded in death by his father, the late, Brian Corley Sr.
