Mrs. Autumn Rutledge

RUTLEDGE, Mrs. Autumn - age 31, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Hurley Medical Center. Family hour 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 13, 2014 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. with memorial service commencing at 11 a.m. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10:30 a.m. Monday. Mrs. Rutledge will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Autumn Viola Rutledge was born June 20, 1982 in Queens, New York the daughter of Valencia Leah Rutledge. She moved to Flint, Michigan in 1984. Autumn attended Flint Community Schools and continued her education at Mott Community College to pursue a Culinary Arts Degree. She also enjoyed reading, writing, shopping, traveling and being with her family and children. Autumn was a sweet, caring, loving and compassionate person. She will be truly missed by family and friends. Mrs. Autumn Viola Rutledge leaves to cherish in her memory: husband, Norman Turner; 4 daughters, Sky, Andrianna, Anais and AAlayshia; 2 sons, Kentrail Walker and Kaunda Findley Jr.; step-father, Nathaniel Mcgee; sister, Teresa (Josh) Dye both of Lansing, MI; 3 brothers, Joshua Mcgee of Lansing, MI, Kenneth (Missy) Mcgee of Buchanan, MI and Alexander (Donesha) Rutledge of Midland, TX; 4 nieces, Sariah, Zariah Mcgee of Buchanan, MI, Olivianna Mcgee and Jael E. Dye, both of Lansing, MI; nephew, Ethan Mcgee of Buchanan, MI; 4 aunts, Valerie Rutledge , Venus Townsend, both of Flint, Andrea Rutledge of Grand Blanc, MI and Sarah Hawkins of Snellville, GA; uncle, Orlando Rutledge of Flint; cousin, Alexandrea, Andreas all of Grand Blanc, MI and Arsenio Rutledge of Midland, TX; a host of other cousins, relatives and friends including special friends, April M. Wysinger, Jozetta Brand both of Flint, Irene Walker of Denver, CO and special cousin, Antoinette N. Rutledge of Flushing, MI. Mrs. Rutledge was preceded in death by mother, Valencia Rutledge-Mcgee; grandmother, Viola Rutledge, great-grandparents, Isaac and Lula Rutledge; cousin, Anais Rutledge. The family would like to express special thanks to Flint Odyssey House, The Bridge, Hurley Medical Center, Drianna Smith and all the family and friends who lent us a helping hand in our time of bereavement.
